National Staff Position
Position: HR Assistant
Job site: Turba or Taiz city – roving over all Taiz!
Report to: HR Officer
Status: Full-time Staff

Duties and responsibilities:
HR:
- Contracts (deliver them to employees and collect them).
- MoU’s (deliver them to PM, AC or volunteers and collect them).
- Deliver INTERSOS Id’s cards and collect them when it required.
- Deliver Health Insurance Cards and collect them when it requires.
- Follow on the Clearance and Exit Interview of resigned/terminated staff and conduct.
- Clarify and explained to staff INTERSOS key regulations and transfer the employees concerns to HR department.
- Assist whenever requested by the HR Coordinator/HR Officer/HR Recruitment officer, in facilitating interviews for new candidates. As well as other tasks as requested by the HR department.
- Check all documents related to contracts (Staff and Service) are completed and signed.
- Follow the payrolls
- Special close attention to attendance and leaves tracking
- Check the monthly service payments documents.
Reporting
- Provide updates to the HR Officer about new staff, and other issue related to HR.
- Reporting any issues/problems/incident in the office to the HR officer.
Meetings and Trainings
- Attend meetings and workshop/training as requested.
- Participates in staff meetings.
- Provide regular refresher sessions to staff on INTERSOS staff regulations (ISR).
Qualification and requirements:
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong office administration experience.
- Skilled in data management (electronic and paper).
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Studies & professional experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Certificate in Human Resources, desirable.
