الهدف الرئيسي:

توفير الرعاية التمريضية والعلاج والمتابعة للمرضى في القسم المعني (الطوارئ، الأطفال، التغذية، وما إلى ذلك)، وفقًا لوصفات الأطباء، والبروتوكولات المطبقة في مستشفى أطباء بلا حدود ومعايير/ احتياطات النظافة العامة، من أجل ضمان الجودة واستمرارية الرعاية للسكان المستهدفين. 

المسؤوليات:

• معرفة وتعزيز وتنفيذ ومتابعة معايير / احتياطات النظافة العالمية، والوقاية من المخاطر البيولوجية ومكافحة العدوى، والقواعد الأمنية وغيرها من البروتوكولات والإجراءات في المباني الطبية وضمان معايير عالية من النظافة لبيئة العمل الخاصة به / بها مع احترام الأسرار الطبية والسرية في جميع الأوقات.
• تنظيم وتقديم الرعاية والعلاج حسب الوصفات الطبية، والمساعدة أثناء الاستشارات والجولات اليومية والإجراءات الطبية الأخرى. المشاركة في التثقيف الصحي للمريض (والأسرة) عند الضرورة.
• ضمان استقبال المرضى ومراقبة استقرار حالتهم بشكل صحيح ومساعدة من يفتقرون إلى الاستقلالية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتغذية والنظافة الشخصية والحركات والراحة. لممرضة الطوارئ والعيادات الخارجية، ضمان فرز المرضى في منطقة الفرز أو أثناء حالات الطوارئ، واكتشاف الحالات الحادة / الطارئة ذات الأولوية، وتنفيذ الإسعافات الأولية وإحالتهم إلى الطبيب عند الضرورة.
• إرسال الأدوات المراد تعقيمها واستعادتها من التعقيم.
• إجراء قبول ومراقبة ومتابعة المرضى (أي تقييم تطور حالتهم الصحية وتحديد أي حالة طارئة أو تدهور.
• الإشراف على الإجراءات والوثائق الإدارية (ملء ملفات المريض، والاستمارات، والاستهلاكات، والإحصاءات، والسجلات، والملفات الصحية، وما إلى ذلك)، وضمان التسليم الكتابي / الشفوي المناسب، والإبلاغ عن أي مواقف وحالات إشكالية قد تنشأ مع المشاركة في جمع البيانات وإطلاع الأطباء / المشرفين.
• المشاركة في مراقبة الصيدلية والاستخدام الصحيح للمعدات الطبية ذات الصلة بالقسم (الجودة وعملها، وظروف التخزين، ومتابعة قوائم جرد الأدوية منتهية الصلاحية، وجرد الأدوية والمواد في كل تغيير للفريق لضمان عدم إخراج أي مواد من منطقة التمريض / القسم دون إذن مسبق، وما إلى ذلك.
• إجراء التنظيف والصيانة البسيطة للمعدات الطبية الحيوية المستخدمة. إتباع دليل المستخدم والبروتوكولات وتنبيه المشرف في حالة حدوث خلل.
• الإشراف على مساعدي التمريض وتدريبهم بالإضافة إلى مساعدي التغذية وعمال النظافة وغيرهم من الموظفين ذوي الصلة تحت إشرافه / إشرافها، وضمان العمل الجماعي والالتزام بجميع البروتوكولات والإجراءات المناسبة. 

قسم أطباء بلا حدود / أنشطة محددة السياق:
الممرضين مسؤولون عن الرعاية المباشرة للمرضى؛ وهذ يتطلب من الممرضين أداء أنشطتهم وفقًا لمبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بها. لذلك يتم تذكير الممرضين بالمسؤوليات التالية: 

• تخطيط إجراءات التمريض وفقًا للأولويات: إجراءات الطوارئ، وإنشاء خطط رعاية المرضى وتنفيذها وتقييمها مع الفريق الطبي، إلخ.
• أداء جميع الأنشطة / الإجراءات المتعلقة بالتمريض بشكل صحيح مع القدرة على التدخل بشكل مثالي في حالات الطوارئ واحترام بروتوكولات الرعاية التمريضية للإجراء.
• احترام النظافة وممارسات مكافحة العدوى وفقًا لبروتوكولات / إرشادات منظمة أطباء بال حدود. يتم تنفيذ جميع الاحتياطات العامة والقياسية عند الاحتياج.
• تسليم المريض إلى الوردية التالية أو ممرض القسم الآخر وإيجاز المعلومات الأساسية من أجل متابعة ومراقبة جيدة وتسليم لجميع مستندات المرضى
• التعاون مع عاملي التوعية الصحية المجتمعية عندما تكون هناك رسائل صحية محددة لإيصالها إلى المرضى والمرفقين وقادر على توفير جلسة التثقيف الصحي.
• قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل، مع القدرة على التحلي بالمرونة ضمن جدول عمل ديناميكي.
• امتلاك مهارات التواصل الجيدة والسلوك الجيد للحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع المرضى والمرافقين والموظفين والمستفيدين من منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
• المشاركة في أي أنشطة أخرى ذات صلة حسب طلب المدير المباشر.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات :

المؤهل:

• مطلوب أساسي، بكالوريوس في التمريض مع ترخيص مزاولة مهنة التمريض ساري المفعول من المجلس الطبي اليمني كـ "ممرض" 

الخبرة:    

• سنتين خبرة في التمريض أمر ضروري
• خبرة كممرض في مستشفى أطباء بلا حدود أو غيره من المنظمات الغير حكومية مرغوب فيه.        

 اللغات:

• اللغة المحلية ضرورية. 
• لغة البعثة مرغوب فيها

Main purpose:

Provide nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients in the respective department (ER, Pediatric, ITFC, etc.), according to doctors’ prescriptions, protocols applied in MSF facility  and universal hygiene standards/precautions, in order to ensure the quality and continuity of care for the targeted population

Accountabilities:

• Knowing, promoting, implementing and following up the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment. Respecting medical secrets and confidentiality at all times.
• Organizing and carrying out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, and assisting during consultations, daily rounds and other medical procedures. Participating in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary. 
• Ensuring patients are properly received and installed and that those with lack of autonomy are assisted, especially regarding their feeding, personal hygiene, movements and comfort. For ER and OPD nurse, ensuring triage of patients in triage area or during emergencies, detecting the priority acute/emergency cases,  carrying out first aid care and referring them to the doctor when necessary
• Sending material to be sterilized and recuperates it from sterilization
• Carrying out admission, surveillance and follow-up of patients (i.e. assessment of the evolution of their state of health and the identification of any emergency situation or deterioration
• Carrying and supervising administrative procedures and documents (fill in patient’s files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.), ensuring an appropriate written/oral handover, and reporting any problematic situations and cases that may arise. Participating in data collection and keeping doctors/supervisors informed .
• Participating in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (quality and its functioning, storage conditions, follow-up of expired drugs inventories, stock takes of medicines and material at every team changeover ensuring no material is taken out of nursing area/wards without prior authorisation, etc.) 
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance for  biomedical equipment used. Fol-lowing the user manual and  protocols and alert supervisor in case of malfunctioning. 
• Supervising and training nurse-aids, nutritional assistants, cleaners and other related staff under his/her supervision, ensuring teamwork and adherence to all appropriate protocols and procedures.

MSF Section/Context Specific Activities:    

Nurses are responsible for direct patient care; this would require Nurses to perform their activities according to and with commitment to MSF principles. Nurses are therefore reminded of the following accountabilities:

• Plan nursing procedures according to priorities: emergency procedures, creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team etc.
• Performing all nursing related activities /procedures properly with ability to intervene perfectly in emergency situation and Respect nursing care protocols for the procedure
• Respect hygiene and IPC practice according to MSF protocols/ guidelines; all the universal & standard precaution are implemented in indications and in need.
• Hand over the patient to the next shift or other department nurse and brief essential information for a good follow-up, monitoring and handover all patients’ documents.
• Collaborate with the CHE when there is specific health messages to deliver to the patients and caretaker and able to provide Health education session.
•  Able to work independently, with the ability to be flexible within a dynamic work schedule.
• Good communication skills, behavior to maintain good relationships with patients, caretakers, staff, and the MSF beneficiaries.
• Participating in any other related activities as requested by the line manager

Staff are not allowed to chew QAT during working hours. Under no circumstances are firearms/weapons allowed in MSF vehicles or on MSF premises. Requirements:

Education:    

• Essential Bachelor in Science of Nursing with a Valid Nursing licence from Yemeni Medical council as a ‘’nurse’’ 

Experience:               

• 2 years of previous Nursing experience is an essential
• Experience as a nurse in MSF hospital  or other NGO’s is Desireable  

Language(s):        

• Local language essential. Mission language desirable
