Main purpose
Provide nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients in the PHCC according to doctors’ prescriptions, protocols applied in service and universal hygiene standards/precautions, in order to ensure the quality and continuity of care for the patients treated in the PHCC

Accountabilities

• Knowing, promoting, implementing and following up the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment. Respecting medical secrets and confidentiality at all times.
• Organizing and carrying out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, and assisting during consultations, daily rounds and other medical procedures. Participating in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary. 
• Identifying Sexually Gender Based Violence victims and referring them to the medical team so they can receive the necessary treatment. Knowing and is aware of the importance and appropriate use of the Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) Kit
• Ensuring patients are properly received and installed and that those with lack of autonomy are assisted, especially regarding their feeding, personal hygiene, movements and comfort. 
• Sending material to be sterilized and recuperates it from sterilization
• Carry-out and supervise administrative procedures and documents (fill in patients files, forms, consumptions, statistics, etc.), ensure an appropriate written/oral handover, and report any problematic situations and cases that may arise. fill in all necessary registers and health files, participate in data collection and keep doctors/supervisors informed. 
• Respect medical/patient confidentiality 
• Participating in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (quality and its functioning, storage conditions, follow-up of expired drugs inventories, stock takes of medicines and material at every team changeover ensuring no material is taken out of nursing area/wards without prior authorisation, etc.) 
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance for biomedical equipment used. Following the user manual and protocols and alert supervisor in case of malfunctioning. 
• Supervising and training nurse-aids, nutritional assistants, cleaners and other related staff under his/her supervision, ensuring teamwork and adherence to all appropriate protocols and procedures
• Participate in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary

• All patients should be treated impartially: meaning fairly, equally and without ant bias
• Staff are not allowed to chew QAT during working hours.
• Under no circumstances are firearms/weapons allowed in MSF vehicles or on MSF premises

Requirements

Education    

• Essential recognized nurse degree/diploma
• Desirable Bachelor in Science of Nursing

Experience    

• Desirable 2 years of previous experience and previous experience in other NGO’s
• Desirable 2 years of previous experience working in a primary healthcare setting

Languages        

• Local language essential. Mission language desirable

المهام الرئيسية : 
توفير الرعاية التمريضية والعلاج والمتابعة للمرضى في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية وفقًا لتعليمات الأطباء والبروتوكولات المطبقة في الخدمة ومعايير / احتياطات النظافة العامة، من أجل ضمان جودة واستمرارية الرعاية للمرضى المعالجين في مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية..

المسؤوليات : 

•    معرفة وتعزيز وتنفيذ ومتابعة معايير / احتياطات النظافة العامة ، والوقاية من المخاطر البيولوجية ومكافحة العدوى ، والقواعد الأمنية وغيرها من البروتوكولات والإجراءات في المباني الطبية وضمان مستويات عالية من النظافة لبيئة العمل الخاصة به / بها. احترام الأسرار الطبية والسرية في جميع الأوقات. 
•    تنظيم وتقديم الرعاية والعلاج حسب الوصفات الطبية ، والمساعدة أثناء الاستشارات والجولات اليومية والإجراءات الطبية الأخرى. المشاركة في التثقيف الصحي للمريض (والأسرة) عند الضرورة.
•    تحديد ضحايا العنف الجنسي وإحالتهم إلى الفريق الطبي لتلقي العلاج اللازم. معرفة وإدراك أهمية معدات الوقاية بعد التعرض (الادوية الوقائية) والاستخدام المناسب لها 
•    ضمان استقبال المرضى وايواءهم بشكل صحيح ومساعدة من يفتقرون إلى الاستقلالية ، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتغذية والنظافة الشخصية والحركات والراحة. 
•    إرسال المواد المراد تعقيمها واستعادتها من التعقيم
•    القيام بالعمليات الادارية الاشرافية، والاجراءات والتوثيق (ملء ملفات المرضى والنماذج والاستهلاك والاحصائيات وما الى ذلك ) والتأكد من  التسليم للمناوبة التالية بمعلومات كاملة لفظيا وكتابيا ورفع تقرير بأي إشكال أو مشاكل قد تحدث , وملء كل الملفات الصحية الضرورية والمساهمة في جمع البيانات وإعلام الأطباء والمشرفين 
•    احترام السرية الطبية / المريض
•    المشاركة في مراقبة وصيانة الصيدلة والمعدات الطبية ذات الصلة بالقسم (الجودة وعملها ، وظروف التخزين ، ومتابعة قوائم جرد الأدوية منتهية الصلاحية ، ومخزون الأدوية والمواد في كل تغيير للفريق لضمان عدم إخراج أي مواد من منطقة التمريض / الاقسام بدون إذن مسبق ، وما إلى ذلك)
•    إجراء التنظيف والصيانة البسيطة للمعدات الطبية الحيوية المستخدمة. اتباع دليل المستخدم والبروتوكولات وتنبيه المشرف في حالة حدوث خلل.
•    الإشراف على الممرضين المساعدين وتدريبهم ومساعدي التغذية وعمال النظافة وغيرهم من الموظفين ذوي الصلة تحت إشرافه / إشرافها ، وضمان العمل الجماعي والالتزام بجميع البروتوكولات والإجراءات المناسبة
•    المشاركة في التثقيف الصحي للمريض (والأسرة) عند الضرورة

المسؤوليات الخاصة باقسام أطباء بلا حدود/  بالسياق
الممرضون مسؤولون عن الرعاية المباشرة للمرضى ، وهذا يتطلب من الممرضين أداء أنشطتهم وفقًا لمبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بها. لذلك يتم تذكير الممرضين بالمسؤوليات التالية:

•    القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد ضمن فريق
•    مسؤول عن مرافقة المريض من مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية إلى مركز رعاية صحية آخر لمزيد من العلاج.
•    أن يكون قادرًا على العمل بشكل مستقل ، مع القدرة على التحلي بالمرونة ضمن جدول عمل ديناميكي.
•    الالتزام بأهداف منظمة أطباء بلا حدود
•    أن يكون لديك معرفة جيدة بالمنطقة بما في ذلك الظروف المعيشية للسكان وتقاليدهم ومعتقداتهم.
•    مهارات الاتصال والسلوك الجيد للحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع المرضى والمرافقين والموظفين والمجتمع المحلي
•    يجب معاملة جميع المرضى بشكل غير متحيز: بمعنى عادل ومتساوٍ وبدون تحيز 
•    لا يسمح للموظفين بمضغ القات خلال ساعات العمل.

المتطلبات :     

 التعليم: 
•    (أساسي ) مؤهل تعليمي معترف به  في التمريض / دبلوم
•    مرغوب ان يكون حاصلا على بكالوريوس في علم التمريض   

 الخبرة :
•    (مرغوب ) خبرة سنتين وخبرة سابقة كممرض  في منظمات غير حكومية  أخرى 
•    خبرة يمكن إثباتها في الإشراف على الآخرين وتدريبهم في إطار فريق        

اللغة :    
•    العربية (أساسية ) والانجليزية (مرغوبة وميزة تفضيلية )
