JOB BRIEF:

The Senior Administration Officer is the Second highest position at Comra Films’s HR structure. The administration officer shall be implementing daily operations, aligned with that goal and the company’s strategies. All decisions shall be communicated, shared and referred to the CEO (Chief Executive Office/Co-Founder). The administration officer shall be able to lead the creative and local team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Duties

  • Develop weekly/monthly/annual reports / plans for Comra Productions  
  • In charge of the local communications, and internal affairs
  • In charge of the Financial Reports of Company’s projects.
  • Monitor the creative team, and hire the teams according to the needs of the project, alongside with the production Team leader
  • Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
  • Assisting the CEO in holding and coordinating the annual Board meetings. And cover the CEO’s place in case of her absence. 
  • Supports the CEO in planning/monitoring the Company’s goals and financial reports.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the company may enter into.
  • In charge of ALL financial transactions that are related to the Company's and the psychical place of Comra.
  • Following up on daily basis on the tasks related to ongoing projects.
  • Dealing with teams working on projects and sort out any obstacle that might rise.
  • Reporting, briefly, to the CEO on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

We are looking for experienced Admin Officers who have proven experience in a similar envrionment. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management is advantageous.
  • At least 5 Years of Administrative experience in a similar office settings
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and common computer applications.
  • Proven working knowledge of business management.
  • Proven working knowledge of financial management.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
