The Psychiatric Care Developmental Foundation (PCF) is a Yemeni non-governmental foundation that provides psychological and social treatment and guidance services to individuals and families who have psychological and social issues , including gender-based violence  issues. The foundation provides specialized training programs to psychological service providers both the private and public sectors The Foundation was established at the end of year 2019 as a result of the critical necessity and need to psychological services as well as the founders’ belief of the necessity of the existence of an independent, humanitarian and efficient body that contributes to boosting the efficiency of the health sector and provides psychological services to the society in general and communities affected by war and natural disasters in particular.

Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Ibb.
Contract Type: Full Time.
Contract Duration: 6 Months.

Job Description

The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting the foundation and its employees by maintaining a secure environment. The position requires the ability to implement security procedures, monitor and report any suspicious  movements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Provide all security services to the PSS Centre's visitors, inpatients and the foundation facilities.
2.    Carry out the responsibility if any patient escapes.
3.    Coordinating with the Director of the Centre on all matters and not contesting the decisions of senior departments.
4.    Security checks on visitors on arrival and exit.
5.    Check the baggage as required.
6.    Maintenance of a register schedule  of all visitors, including arrival and departure time.
7.    Supervising the surveillance cameras.
8.    Responding to warnings inside buildings.
9.    Periodic patrols to ensure that nothing is misplaced.
10.    Assist the maintenance team in securing the area during emergency maintenance.
11.    Preserving all the custodies delivered and not to take them out of foundation's location only with the written permission from the Director.
12.    Implement all assigned tasks from the Centre's management, foundation or senior management.
13.    Report any waste caused by the visitors to the cleaners.
14.    Take care of the plants and protect them from being destroyed by visitors.

Qualifications & Experience:

1.    High School Degree, University Qualification is preferred.
2.    At least two years' experience in a similar job.
3.    The security and safety of personnel is well handled.
4.    Got a guarding and security training.
5.    The ability to deal with different characters.
6.    Fitness and the ability to perform difficult tasks.
7.    Integrity and professionalism.
8.    Written and spoken English skills  is an advantage.

وصف الوظيفة:

حارس الامن يكون الشخص المسؤول عن حماية المؤسسة وموظفيها من خلال الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة  حيث تحتاج الوظيفة الي القدرة على تطبيق الإجراءات الأمنية والرصد والإبلاغ عن التحركات الغير مناسبة.

المهام الرئيسية:
1.    تقديم جميع خدمات الامن لمرتادي المركز ونزلاءه او المؤسسة.
2.    تحمل كافة المسؤولية في حال هروب أي مريض.
3.    التنسيق مع مدير المركز في جميع الأمور وعدم الاعتراض على قرارات الإدارات العليا.
4.    إجراء التفتيش الأمني للزائرين عند الوصول والخروج. 
5.    فحص الأمتعة بالشكل المطلوب.
6.    الاحتفاظ بسجل لجميع الزوار متضمنًا وقت الوصول والمغادرة.
7.    الاشراف على كاميرات المراقبة. 
8.    الاستجابة للإنذارات داخل المباني.
9.    القيام بدوريات دورية للتأكد من عدم وجود أي شيء في غير محله.
10.    مساعدة فريق الصيانة في تأمين المنطقة أثناء حالات الصيانة الطارئة.
11.    المحافظة على جميع العهد المسلمة له وعدم إخراجها الا بإذن خطي من المدير.
12.    تنفيذ جميع ما يكلف به من اداره المركز او من المؤسسة او الادارة العليا.
13.    ابلاغ عمال النظافة عن أي مخلفات وجدت بسبب الزوار.
14.    الانتباه للزرع لكي لا يتم العبث به من قبل الزوار.

المؤهلات والخبرات:

1.    شهادة في الثانوية العامة ويفضل المؤهل الجامعي.
2.    خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة مشابهة.
3.    اجادة التعامل مع إجراءات الأمن والسلامة للعاملين.
4.    الحصول على التدريبات الخاصة بالأمن والحراسة.
5.    القدرة على التعامل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.
6.    اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على القيام بالمهام الشاقة.
7.    التحلي بالنزاهة والكفاءة المهنية.
8.    المستوى الجيد في اللغة الانجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة تعتبر ميزةً.
