Safe Road for peace and development organization (SRPD) is a non -profit and non- governmental organization which was established in NOV, 2017 to provide works through innovative approaches around the country to save lives, defeat poverty, achieve social justice and building Peace and development in communities, especially for those living in poverty marginalized communities, where they can utilize their potentials for sustainable development.
Under the UNHCR Socio-economical Assessment Project that aims to provide relief to the most vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers in Amana Al-Asimah and Sana'a governorates. The Cleaner will make sure to facilitate the ongoing process of the project through conducting his/her responsibilities and duties.     

Job Title:   Cleaner 
Location:  Sana’a – Algeria St.
Duration:  6 months 

Specific Job Functions:

Under the direction of operation officer, the Cleaner will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure and monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the Community dropping-in center (DC) throughout all the day;
• Conduct daily comprehensive cleaning operations of the center (morning and evening);
• Ensure that the DC is clean and tidy inside the building and the front/ back yard;
• Report any damages or missing items in the DC to the operation officer;
• Respond quickly and effectively to any sanitation-related emergencies;
• Maintain a supply of cleaning products and coordinate with the operation officer to ensure sufficient stock.
• Advocate for best hygiene practices and standards.
• Adhere to the principals of the UNHCR / SRPD Code of Conduct
• Any other duties as directed by the operation officer or program manager.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least one year working experience in the cleaning works.
