  • Passive and Active fire protection, including fire extinguishing, fire stopping and fire suppression systems, Firefighting, SILOs.
  • Smoke/ heat extraction and Natural Ventilation systems.
  • Fire alarm systems including, detection and control devises,
  • Access control, CCTV, and other security systems,
  • Risk management, risk assessment and training.

Job SUMMARY:

ASTC are looking for a skilled Financial Manager who will be representation of the general manager, where he manages the total operation and administrative tasks in order to achieve the strategic and main objectives of the company.
The Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's capital and resources are used properly as well as overseeing the creation of forecasting models and risk assessment, and ensuring that legal regulations for the accounting department are met.
In order for the financial manager to excel in his job, he must have sufficient experience in formulating financial strategies and managing the accounting team within the company to achieve an increase in profits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Financial Manager:

  • Supervise and maintain financial and administrative records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
  • Administrative support to the management program including administration of budgets/ Annual work plans
  • Support the team work in Accounting, Administrative and Financial Matters
  • Prepare analytical report, Budget and Expenditure on a regular basis to produce in the Annual work plans.
  • Proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial reports for projects>
  • Maintenance of the internal expenditures control system.
  • Preparation of requisitions in Onyx Pro ERP and register of goods receipts in Onyx Pro ERP and make budget checks for requisitions, POs and vouchers. 
  • Ensure daily administrative support to the team, including daily correspondences, maintenance of filing system, printing and photocopying.
  • Select and enter data from a wide variety of documents, verifying accuracy by checking sources, making necessary calculations and assuring inclusion of all relevant data.
  • Prepare recurring reports as scheduled and special reports as required for budget preparation, audits or other reasons.
  • Advise and assist staff on all issues of allowances, salary advances, travel claims and other financial matters; authorize payments due for claims and services.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and participate in budget analysis and projections as required.
  • Maintain delivery records and make project transactions; maintain inventory of project assets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Skills and Qualifications of a Financial Manager:

1)    Academic Certificate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration

2)    Experience:

  • 10 years of solid experience in financial & budget management.
  • Practical experience in budgeting and risk management.
  • Advance skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Word).
  • Reporting Skills are Required.
  • Advanced skills in accounting systems
  • Excellent English and Arabic Languages (Writing and speaking) are required.
