Skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Sociology or humanities.

• Experience of no less than three years in awareness-raising and direct targeting.

• Certificates of participation in training courses in various fields related to the local context (gender, art of speech, humanitarian work and human rights).

• Communication and time management skills.

• Skill in the use of computers (Microsoft office programs).

• Skill in preparing plans and reports.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly plan for outreach activities and life skills programs.

• Perform the monthly and quarterly plan activities.

• Develop targeted outreach programs addressing urgent issues of women and girls.

• Prepare and document success stories.

• Participate in developing mechanisms and tools for monitoring and evaluating the impact of outreach activities.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the various awareness programs.

• Determine weaknesses and strengths and develop treatment proposals.

• Attend periodic meetings.

• Attend any assigned meetings or training sessions.

• Perform any activity within the framework of the project.

• Perform any tasks assigned to within the framework of the project.
