JOB PURPOSE:

Organization is implementing Integrated Health and Protection intervention in Taiz. Therefore; we are seeking potential Community members to support the implementation and reporting of project activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Responsibility:

• Participate in identifying needs and feedback to the health and protection assistance.
• Assist in activities planning alongside the project referring to a set work plan and SOPs.
• Collect and analyze project data including preparation of graphs and visual data from field teams.
• Assist the Health and protection assistance in following up the activities at field level are in accordance with the plans.
• Maintain safe and easy archiving mechanism of all project documents.
• Provide the Health and protection assistance with all data and updated information daily, weekly, monthly, and when needed.
• Support all project daily administrative activities in side women and girls activities or Health facilities.
• Conduct regular follow-up with the project beneficiaries.
• Attend meetings of the project partners and stakeholders where appropriate.
• Perform assigned related task by the supervisor and project management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

A) EDUCATION/TRAINING

Required:

• Diploma Degree in social sciences, public health, nursing required.
• A 2-year experience in the field of Humanitarian intervention.
• English-language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Good writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
