TITLE: Cook Canteen 
TEAM/PROGRAMME: Admin    
LOCATION: Cook Canteen - JD
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 Months 

CHILD SAFEGUARDING: 

Level 3:  the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

ROLE PURPOSE: 

Not only responsible for the Cook, also running the kitchen supplies and coordante with guests regarding Guests food requesrment, also keep the kitchen clean and maintenance all tools and equbments.

Reports to: Admin Officer

 KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY : 

 Cooking

• To be responsible for the purchase of food provisions
• To be responsible for hygiene and risk assessment within the kitchen area, including all record keeping relevant to the post 
• To maintain an agreed high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen area. 

Housekeeping

• All GHs Cook also work as housekeeper in the GHs but with limit tasks sutch as preparing bed and cleaning the 1st floor living room only. All laundry work and ironig and basement are the Housekeeper dutys tasks.
