Yearex Group is hiring " Operations Manager " 

location: Sana’a Yemen.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Delivery Service Field in any of its verticals; B2B, C2C, and B2C.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Operations are carried on within its Timeline and in a cost-effective way.
• Improve Operational Management systems, processes, and their Implementation.
• Help the Organization's processes remain Legally Compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use them to Improve Profitability.
• Manage Budgets, Forecasts, and Project P&L.
• Perform Quality Controls and Monitor Team & Fleet KPIs.
• Recruit, Onboard, and Supervise Team.
• Finding Solutions to increase the Quality of Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Experience in the Delivery Services Field, on Managerial Level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and any BI tools.
• Statistic Skills for Planning and Forecasting. 
• Capable of Grasping and Utilizing complex ideas and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to Organize, Plan, and Priorities assignments within Multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate Data into Actionable Insights.
• Multitasker and Strong Ethical Leadership Abilities.
• Comfortably work with Multiple groups within the business
