Job Description

Generic responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.
- Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function
Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of M&E documents including questionnaires, monitoring reports and datasets.
- Assist with documentation of the projects, including project activities/inputs, outputs and outcomes (e.g. assessments, recording construction progress forms, change in behaviour and situation, etc.)
- Support M&E officer in the compilation of reports through provision of timely accurate and updated data.
- Work closely with program team to assist with collecting, collating, presenting and managing information for M&E related reports.
- Conduct and support frequent surveys/assessments for monitoring and evaluation activities
- Assist program staff during survey planning and implementation especially data collection plans, tools and training of data collectors, participating in data collection and cleaning.
- Participate in regular data verification to assess the quality of data reported and address any anomalies identified.
- Support the operation of Complain feedback channels (Hotline, face to face, logbook, client satisfaction and engagement surveys).
- Support the recording of feedback, analyses, and accessibility of feedback data for programmatic decision making.
- Assistant in any other related activities/duties.
