Is advertising for a Call center employee who will work with team members to Receive all calls, and customer issues. He/she should have excellent using computer, communication, and has a Strong problem solving and verbal and written skills.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. Working closely with others.
- Ability to work with customer service software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1+ years in call center in well-known company is required
- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a group.
- Willingness to sit at desk for extended periods.
- V.Good in English (reading, writing and speaking).
