Call Center

Financial Tamkeen Company for Digital Payment System & Services is a leading financial company as a specialized provider in financial payments, supported with matured technology of mobile money and banking services. Is advertising for a Call center employee who will work with team members to Receive all calls, and customer issues. He/she should have excellent using computer, communication, and has a Strong problem solving and verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests. 
  • Provide customers with product and service information. 
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. 
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. 
  • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.
  • Complete call logs and reports. 
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. Working closely with others.
  • Ability to work with customer service software applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1+ years in call center in well-known company is required 
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with a group.
  • Willingness to sit at desk for extended periods.
  • V.Good in English (reading, writing and speaking).
