Médecins Sans Frontières France is looking for Yemeni nationals to recruit in the Medical Department in Alsalam Hospital –Khamer, Amran governorate for the following position:

NURSE (FEMALE)

• Location: Amran Governorate – Khamer
• Contract type: Daily Worker
• Reporting to: Med Ref / Head Nurse
• Collaborates with: All MOH and MSF medical teams, MSF logistic and Admin teams of the project (Khamer Al-Salam hospital).

Provide nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients, according to doctors’ prescriptions, protocols applied in service and universal hygiene standards/precautions, in order to ensure the quality and continuity of care for the targeted population.

In the frame of these activities he/she will:

• Know, promote, implement and follow at all times the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensure high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment.
• Organize and carry out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, as well as assist them during consultations/ daily rounds and other medical procedures.
• Ensure patients are properly received and installed in the health service. Ensures that patients with lack of autonomy are assisted, especially regarding their feeding, personal hygiene, movements and comfort.
• Respect medical secret and confidentiality
• Carry-out admission, surveillance and follow-up of patients meaning assessment of their health state evolution, and identification of emergency situation or any deterioration, 
• Participate in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary 
• Supervise and train nurse-aids, nutritional assistants, cleaners and other related staff under his/her supervision in their work with special focus in following all appropriate protocols and procedures and ensuring teamwork
• Participate in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (carrying out inventories, carrying out stock takes of medicines and material at every team changeover, ensuring no material is taken out of nursing area/wards without prior authorization, checking its quality and its functioning, storage conditions, doing follow-up of expired drugs, etc.).
• Carry-out and supervise administrative procedures and documents (fill in patients files, forms, consumptions, statistics, etc.), ensure an appropriate written/oral handover, and report any problematic situations and cases that may arise. fill in all necessary registers and health files, participate in data collection and keep doctors/supervisors informed.
• For ER and OPD nurse, ensure triage of patients in waiting areas, wards or during emergencies, detecting the priority acute/emergency cases, carrying out first aid care when necessary and referring them to the doctor.
• Sends material to be sterilized and recuperates it from sterilization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Essential recognized nurse degree/diploma 
• Desirable 2 years of previous experience and previous experience in other NGO’s.
• Desirable previous experience in Pediatric or ITFC department.
• Arabic spoken mandatory; English is an asset.

تبحث منظمة أطباء بلا حدود الفرنسية عن مواطنات يمنيات لتوظيفهن في مستشفى السلام - خمر بمحافظة عمران للوظيفة التالية:

ممرضـــــــــــات (اناث)

• الموقع: محافظة عمران – خمر.
• نوع العقد: عامل يومي 
• الإشراف: رئيس التمريض، المرجع الطبي.
• بالتعاون مع: جميع الكادر الطبي التابع لوزارة الصحة ومنظمة أطباء بلا حدود والكادر اللوجستي والإداري للمشروع بمستشفى السلام بخمر.

توفير الرعاية الصحية والعلاج والمتابعة للمرضى وفقا لوصفات الأطباء والبروتوكولات المطبقة ومعايير واحتياطات النظافة العامة من أجل ضمان واستمرارية الرعاية للسكان المستهدفين.

في إطار هذه الأنشطة سوف يقوم بما يلي:

• معرفة وتطبيق وإتباع معايير واحتياطات النظافة العامة وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى وقواعد الأمن وغيرها من الإجراءات والبروتوكولات التي يعمل بها في المنشآت الطبية لضمان مستويات عالية من النظافة في بيئة العمل.
• تنفيذ وتنظيم الرعاية والعلاجات وفقا للوصفات الطبية وكذلك مساعدة الاطباء اثناء الاستشارات والجولات اليومية والاجراءات الطبية الاخرى.
• ضمان استقبال المرضى بشكل صحيح وضمان مساعدة المرضى الغير قادرين على التحكم بأنفسهم ذاتيا خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتغذية والنظافة الشخصية والحركات والراحة.
• إجراء قبول ومراقبة ومتابعة التقييم المضمون لتطور حالتهم الصحية، وتحديد حالة الطوارئ أو أي تدهور.
• احترام السرية الطبية والخصوصية.
• المشاركة في التثقيف الصحي للمريض (والعائلة) عند الضرورة واحترام السرية الطبية.
• الإشراف على تدريب مساعدات الممرضات ومساعدي التغذية وعمال النظافة وغيرهم من الموظفين ذوي الصلة تحت إشرافه / إشرافها في عملهم مع التركيز بشكل خاص على اتباع جميع البروتوكولات والإجراءات المناسبة وضمان العمل الجماعي.
• المشاركة في مراقبة وصيانة الصيدلة والمعدات الطبية الخاصة بالقسم (إجراء عمليات الجرد، ضمان جودة وصلاحية المواد والمعدات والأدوية عند الاستلام والتسليم بين المناوبين، وضمان عدم إخراج أي مواد من منطقة / أجنحة التمريض دون إذن مسبق، والتحقق من جودتها وأداءه، وظروف التخزين، ومتابعة الأدوية منتهية الصلاحية، وما إلى ذلك).
• تنفيذ الإجراءات والوثائق الإدارية والإشراف عليها (ملء ملفات المرضى، والاستمارات، والاستهلاكات، والإحصائيات، وما إلى ذلك)، وضمان التسليم الكتابي / الشفوي المناسب، والإبلاغ عن أي اشكاليات وحالات قد تنشأ. ملء جميع السجلات والملفات الصحية اللازمة، والمشاركة في جمع البيانات وإطلاع الأطباء / المشرفين.
• بالنسبة لممرض الطوارئ والعيادات الخارجية، تأكد من فرز المرضى في مناطق الانتظار أو الاقسام أو أثناء حالات الطوارئ، واكتشاف الحالات الحادة / الطارئة ذات الأولوية، وتنفيذ رعاية الإسعافات الأولية عند الضرورة وإحالتهم إلى الطبيب.
• ارسال المواد ليتم تعقيمها ومن ثم استردادها من التعقيم.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• شهادة دبلوم / تمريض معترف بها.
• يستحسن وجود خبرة سنتين في التخصص وخبرة في العمل مع منظمة غير حكومية أخرى.
• يستحسن وجود خبرة العمل في اقسام التغذية العلاجية وطب الأطفال.
• اتقان التحدث باللغة العربية وستكون مهارة التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم جيدة.
• العمل الجماعي والالتزام والمرونة والخدمة.
