Job Purpose: 

Implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of bank departments and managements. Analyzing and creating tests, and developing specifications and requirements for developers and programmers in the Systems Development Department. Ensuring the quality, speed and effectiveness of the design and implementation of those programs by examining and improving them whenever necessary, documenting them, and applying software engineering methods in the study, analysis, design, programming, testing, publishing and all phases of the cycle System development life.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the head of the department in the work of the department.
• Preparing special and periodic reports on the progress of work in the Analysis Department and its achievements and submitting them to the Manager of Systems Development Management.
• Determining the business needs of the various departments and sections in the bank and branches for the software and applications programmed internally.
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Discussing with the relevant departments of the system about the practical and technical requirements of the system and documenting this in the standard document called System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Gathering information about the current systems in the local and international market in relation to the system to be developed.
• Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts and database for developers and testers to follow.
• Discussing with the departments within the management to find out what can be done in terms of improvements in the bank's internal systems.
• Building and designing systems and software after completing the approvals and procedures and conducting the necessary tests to ensure that the new systems and databases will function properly.
• Training the current staff of specialists in the Applications and Systems Department of the Information Technology Management on the new systems and software that have been developed in the Systems Development Department.
• Applying the Counterpart method to all functions and tasks in the department through documenting the work and the participation of specialists with the principle of (Professional Engineer + Team Work + Sharing Knowledge + Credibility and Reliability).
• Meet, develop, prepare and apply the systems and programs required to work according to the requirements submitted by the various departments and managements.
• Studying and discussing these requirements and submitting a report to the first official in this regard specifying the time, effort and the impact of the program or system on the reality of the work to be approved as inputs and outputs.
• Testing the required programs and setting up a mechanism for their evaluation and approval to work according to the procedures followed.
• Coordination with the departments to automate operational programs whenever possible to reduce time and effort in this regard and to coordinate with other departments in the management to ensure the integrity and completion of work.
• Handing over and training the engineers of the Applications Department at the Information Technology Management on the operation and use of systems and applications so that they can provide technical support to the users.
• Submitting periodic reports to the direct manager.
• Performing any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Analysis Department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent.
• At least (3-5) years of experience in a similar job field
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.

الهدف من الوظيفه:

مختص تحليل اول مسؤول عن تلبية احتياجات مختلف الإدارات والاقسام في البنك من البرمجيات والتطبيقات المبرمجة داخليا والتنسيق مع قسم تطوير الأنظمة، والتأكيد من جودة تصميم وتنفيذ تلك البرامج وسرعتها وفاعليتها بفحصها وتحسينها كلما دعت الضرورة لذلك وذلك توثيقها، وتطبيق أساليب هندسية البرمجيات في الدراسة والتحليل والتصميم والبرمجة والاختبار والاستلام وجميع مراحل دورة حياة تطوير النظام.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• مساعدة رئيس القسم في اعمال القسم.
• اعداد التقارير الخاصة والدورية حول سير العمل في قسم التحليل وانجازاته ورفعها الى رئيس القسم.
• تحديد احتياجات الإدارات والاقسام المختلفة في البنك والفروع من البرمجيات والتطبيقات المبرمجة داخلياً.
• المناقشة مع الأقسام المعنية بالنظام حول المتطلبات العملية والفنية للنظام وتوثيق ذلك في وثيقة وصف متطلبات النظام. 
• جمع المعلومات حول الأنظمة الحالية بالسوق المحلي والعالمي فيما يخص النظام المراد تطويره.
• تطوير وتحليل وتحديد أولويات وتنظيم مواصفات المتطلبات وعلاقتها بمخططات التحليل وقواعد البيانات للمطورين لتنفيذها.
• المناقشة مع الأقسام داخل الإدارة لمعرفة ما يمكن اجراءه من تحسينات في نظام البنك الداخلية.
• بناء وتصميم النظم والبرمجيات بعد استكمال الموافقات والإجراءات واجراء الاختبارات اللازمة للتأكد من ان النظم وقواعد البيانات الجديدة ستعمل بالشكل السليم.
• تدريب طاقم العمل الحالي من المختصين بقسم التطبيقات والأنظمة بإدارة تقنية المعلومات على النظم والبرمجيات الجديدة التي تم تطويرها بإدارة تطوير الأنظمة.
• المساعدة في تطبيق أسلوب النظير (Counterpart) على كافة الوظائف والمهام بالقسم من خلال توثيق العمل ومشاركة المختصين بمبدأ قاعدة (المهنية المتخصصة + الفريق الواحد + تبادل المعرفة + المصداقية والموثوقية) (Team Work + Sharing Knowledge + professional Engineer + HOT).
• تلبيه وتطوير وتجهيز وتطبيق الأنظمة والبرامج المطلوبة للعمل بحسب المتطلبات المرفوعة من الإدارات والاقسام المختلفة.
• دراسة ومناقشة هذه المتطلبات ورفع تقرير للمسؤول الأول بهذا الخصوص تحدد الوقت والجهد وتاثير البرنامج او النظام على واقع العمل ليتم اقراره واعتماد العمل كمدخلات ومخرجات.
• اختبار البرامج المطلوبة ووضع الية تقييمها واعتمادها للعمل بحسب الإجراءات المتبعة.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات لأتمته البرامج التشغيلية كلما كان ممكنا لتقليل الوقت والجهد بهذا الخصوص والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى بالإدارة لضمان تكاملية العمل وانجازه.
• تسليم وتدريب مهندسي قسم التطبيقات بإدارة تقنية المعلومات على تشغيل واستخدام الأنظمة والتطبيقات ليتسنى لهم تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين.
• رفع التقارير الدورية للمسؤول المباشر.
• القيام بأي مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى بناءً على تكليف من رئيس قسم التحليل.

المؤهلات والخبرات:

• بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب او البرمجيات أو مايعادلها.
• (3-5) سنوات خبرة على الأقل في مجال وظيفي مشابه.
• خبرة في تثبيت التطبيقات والأنظمة الجديدة واختبارها والتدريب عليها وتنفيذها.

 المهارات:

• مهارات التحليل والتصميم البرمجي.
• مهارات معارف هندسة البرمجيات.
• مهارات العمل على أدوات التحليل المختلفة.
• مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الاخرين.
• مهارات العمل كفريق
• الدقة في العمل.

المعارف:

• معرفة اللغات البرمجية المعتمدة والمتعارف عليها بالسوق التقنية.
• المعرفة بمخططات التحليل ولغة التعامل مع قواعد البيانات SQL.
• فهم ومعرفة قوية بالمبادئ والممارسات المرتبطة بصيانة وإدارة قاعدة البيانات.
• المعرفة بطبيعة الاعمال في البنك بشكل عام.
• المعرفة بأنظمة التشغيل المختلفة.

القدرات:

• القدرة على التنسيق والمتابعة.
• القدرة على التحليل والاستنتاج وتقييم وتحويل متطلبات العمل إلى حلول ذات صلة.
