Envelope costs: -   For free 

Letter of Guarantee: - 2.5% from total quotation for each section, Validity Period (120 days). 

General Instructions: - 
•    Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails.
•    All suppliers should submit two sealed envelopes 1- Financial Proposal. 2- Technical Specifications for each section.
•    All suppliers must follow General Instructions for Suppliers (GIS) provided in ITB documents.
•    All suppliers must provide separate quotations per sections a,b,… ect. 
•    All suppliers can apply for all sections or any section they want. 
•    All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation, taxes and other types of expenses to final destinations. 
•    All items proposed by suppliers should indicate, expiry date (60% from product life Sycle), production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues. 

•    Financial Envelopes to include: - 
1.    Quotation for each section in USD following Appendix B – Price Schedule. 
2.    Letter of Guarantee 

•    Technical Envelopes to include: - 
1.    ITB and GIS Document stamped by suppliers. 
2.    Catalogues for each equipment stamped by suppliers and organized as per ITB-GIS List. 
3.    Administrative and Eligible Documents Mentioned in Requirement Check List.  

 
Organization preview: -

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.

The tender is for NRC supported program in Sana’a. 

Invitation is extended to interested eligible Suppliers to submit Bids for Supply of Medical equipment to 3 HF and Medicines to 7 HF.
With this ITB is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation/bid for consideration by YRCS. 
YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

الموضوع/ توريد معدات طبية و أدوية

تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصات العامة رقم YEM\017&18\NRC\21 الخاصة بتوريد أجهزة طبية لعدد 3 مراكز صحية و أدوية لعدد 7 مراكز صحية بحسب الجدول أدناه. 

فعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم عطاءاتهم إتباع الشروط التالية: - 
•    التقدم بطلب رسمي عن طريق إرسال صورة إسكان من رسالة طلب رسمية مختمه إلى: -

-    وعمل كوبي لإيميل ضابط اللوجيستي للمانح: - نبيه فواز Nabih.Fawaz@redcross.no 

•    يتم تقديم عدد 2 مظاريف بالنحو التالي: - 

-    مظروف مالي: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 
1.    العرض المالي ويتبع نموذج العرض المالي المرفق رقم ب في وثائق المناقصة وتعليمات الخاصة بالموردين ITB-GIS.
2.    الضمان البنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بنسبة 2.5% من إجمالي قيمة العطاء لكل قسم يتم التقديم فيه. 

-    مظروف فني منفصل: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 
1.    وثائق المناقصة كامله ومختمه من قبل الموردين ITB-GIS.
2.    كتلوجات لجميع المعدات الطبية بحسب التسلسل في جدول المناقصة ومختومه بالكامل. 
3.    الأوراق الرسمية والإدارية بحسب جدول المتطلبات في وثائق المناقصة ITB-GIS. 

•    يستطيع الموردين المؤهلين التقديم في جميع أقسام المناقصة أو أحدها بحسب الرغبة على أن يتم تسليم مظاريف منفصله (مالي وفني) لكل قسم على حده. 
•    تكون أسعار العطاءات نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من نقل وحماله ونفاله والضرائب وغيرها من التكاليف. 
•    يجب أن يكون عمر الأدوية المتبقي هند التوريد لا يقل عن 60% من العمر الإجمالي لها وإحتواء الملف الفني على معلومات بلد المنشأ و شهائد التصنيع والجوده الخاصة بها وتكون مصرحه من قبل هيئه الأدوية ووزارة الصحه اليمنيه إلى جانب الوثائق المطلوبه في جدول المتطلبات. 
•    أخر موعد لإستلام المظاريف كامله بحسب الموعد النهائي تاريخ 14/07/2021 م الساعة 12:00 ظهرا وسيتم إعلان موعد الفتح في وقت لاحق بعد التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية.
