For Purchase, Delivery and Distribution of Fisheries Kits 

War Child works with children who, because of conflicts, live with a combination of poverty, exclusion and insecurity. War Child interventions seek to support such children though three main areas of work: child protection, education and livelihoods. We look forward to a world in which the lives of children are no longer torn apart by war; this is a vision that can only be realized through the collective actions of children themselves, communities and their leaders, organizations like War Child and Governments

WCUK with financing from WCUK org, UK-Crowdfunding intends to Purchase, Deliver and Distribute  no. of (100 fisheries kits ) to the fisher men affected by by conflict and COVID-19 in  Al-Buraiqa districts, Aden. 

Based on above, WCUK invites qualified, experienced and interested Suppliers/Manufacturers to submit a formal request accompanied with copies of the mentioned below certificates in order to receive tender document from its office as in below address.

Bids envelopes shall be submitted under the name of War Child.Uk.org-Yemen.

•    Project title:  Multi-purpose cash and livelihoods assistance for IDPs and populations Affected by conflict and COVID-19. During the period 1/2/2021-31/10/2021
•    Project No. (YEM0017 ). 

Bids must be in a closed sealed envelope and accompanied with the following documents;

1. Un-conditional bank guarantee as per the format attached in the bid document of USD (700) or certified check for War Child Organization, UK, Yemen Office, valid for 90 days from the date of bid Opening.
2. Valid copies of the commercial registry + company license.
3. Valid copies of the tax certificate + tax card.
4. Valid copies of the insurance card + zakat Card. 

 Bids envelopes will be submitted on Sunday, 27/06/2021 at (11:00 am) to the WCUK Office

Taking in account that bids opening will take place at WCUK office in Sana'a at the date of 30th of June 2021, whereas WCUK is not obliged to accept lowest price bids.

لشراء وتوريد وتوزيع أدوات صيد السمك – مديرية البريقة – عدن  

تقوم منظمة طفل الحرب بالعمل مع الأطفال الذين تسبب النزاع في ان يعيشون في مزيج من الفقر والتهميش وانعدام الأمن، حيث تسعى المنظمة إلى دعم هؤلاء الأطفال من خلال ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية هي التعليم وحماية الطفل وتحسين سبل العيش. إننا نتطلع إلى عالم لا تمزق فيه حياة الأطفال بسبب الحروب، وهذه رؤية لا يمكن تحقيقها إلا من خلال العمل الجماعي للمجتمعات والقادة والأطفال أنفسهم ومنظمات مثل طفل الحرب والحكومات.
ترغب منظمة طفل الحرب البريطانية – اليمن وبتمويل ذاتي من المنظمة بشراء وتوريد وتوزيع عدد (100 مجموعة من أدوات صيد السمك للصيادين المتأثرين من الصراعات الحالية ومرض كوفيد 19 في مديرية البريقة – عدن، 

وعليه فالمنظمة تدعو الموردين والمصنعين المؤهلين وذوي الخبرة التقدم بطلباتهم الرسمية لاستلام وثائق المناقصة المذكورة ومرفقة بصورة من وثائق التأهيل المحددة ادناه وذلك من مقر مكتبها الموضح في العنوان ادناه، 
تقدم المظاريف مختومة ومغلقة باسم:

•    مشروع تقديم المساعدة النقدية متعددة الأغراض وسبل العيش للنازحين والسكان المتأثرين بالصراعات ووباء كورونا المستجد (كوفيد -19) "خلال الفترة من1/2/2021م إلى 31/10/2021م 
•    مشروع رقم: YEM0017) )

ويتم ارفاق الوثائق التالية: - 

1.    ضمان بنكي بنفس نموذج الصيغة المحددة في وثائق المناقصة بمبلغ مقطوع وقدره (700 $) سبعمائة دولار امريكي فقط لا غير صالح لمدة (90) يومًا من تاريخ فتح المظاريف، أو شيك مقبول الدفع   بنفس المبلغ.
2.    صورة من السجل التجاري + وشهادة مزاولة المهنة ساريتي المفعول.
3.    صورة من شهادة ضريبة المبيعات + البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4.    صورة من البطاقة التأمينية سارية المفعول + البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.

•    مع العلم ان اخر موعد لتقديم وثائق المناقصة والاستفسارات هو يوم 27/06/2021م الى مكتب المنظمة في صنعاء اما المتناقصين من عدن فسيتم تسليم مظاريفهم عبر مندوب المنظمة الأخ/ اياد – تلفون رقم (774871026)
•    مع العلم انه سيتم فتح المظاريف يوم الاربعاء الموافق 30/06/2021م تمام الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً (11:00 صباحاً) بمقر مكتب المنظمة في صنعاء، كما ان المنظمة غير ملزمة بقبول اقل الأسعار.
