TENDER NOTICE

The Yemen Red Crescent Society, YRCS and other Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Yemen, invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and competent Service Providers to submit proposals for “Cash Transfer Financial Services” as per the instructions given in the Request for proposals and this Bid Notice, as below:

Tender document(s) containing Request for Proposal, instructions to bidders, response sheet, evaluation criteria sheet, Locations and Geographical areas sheet, Capacity and Coverage, General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Reference for the provision of Financial Services can be collected by the supplier by sending a scan of an official letter of interest to ( fsh.log@yemenredcrescent.org , compliance.officer@yemenredcrescent.org )  starting 2nd October 2022 until 31st October 2022 between 08:30am to 15:00Pm from Sunday to Thursday. 

While preparing their bids, Financial Service Providers should confirm that they have the legal standing to operate in Yemen as well as in the Governorates they intend to deliver the services in. They must have complied with Government legal Regulations and paid necessary and relevant taxes to the relevant Authorities in Yemen. 
Additionally, Bidder(s) must not be under a declaration of ineligibility or exclusion for corrupt or fraudulent practices in Yemen or elsewhere and must have obeyed all laws within its jurisdiction. 

Finally, bidders confirm to have considered all aspects of this RFP and Tender documents, and, in general, will have obtained all necessary data and information as to risks, contexts, contingencies as well as other circumstances which may influence or affect their proposal(s).

One Financial Service Provider can bidder only once. 

Separate Technical and Financial Bids/Offers, addressing all the stated requirements, must be submitted and or dropped at the above address during office hours from 08:30am to 15:00Pm from Sunday to Thursday by the Deadline date of 31st October 2022. 

The Yemen Red Crescent Society, YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
