The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - with its Branch Office Sana'a, Republic of Yemen - has an international mandate to provide international protection and to seek solutions for the problem of refugees in Yemen. In addition, The Office assumes the lead responsibility for protection, emergency shelter and camp management for internally displaced persons in Yemen. The work of the Office is of an entirely non-political character.

The Office in Sana'a would like to establish frame agreements for the provision of Developing and piloting a civilian impact monitoring project and invites the service providers to provide a firm offer for the providing the service:

Bidding documents are available for collection at UNHCR Supply Unit, Sana’a, between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Sunday 10/03/2019 to Sunday 17/03/2019. Please report at the reception desk with official letter signed and stamped from your company requesting the Bidding Documents.

Pre-tender meeting will take place on Monday 18/03/2019 at 03:00 pm to 4:00 pm and is strongly recommended given the complexity of the requirements and to understand the tender procedure and process. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted on the following address:

Sealed bids should be submitted at UNHCR Branch Office Sana’a at the above-mentioned address latest by Sunday 07/04/2019 – 16:00 Hrs.
