Please be guided to the attached minutes of meeting and updated BOQ for LOT 1 A & B and LOT 2 A & B which mentioned in the below bid links.
NOTE: THE VENDOR MUST USE THE ATTACHED UPDATED BOQ LOT 1 A; LOT 1 B; LOT 2 A AND LOT 2 B FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THEIR FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. ANY VENDOR FAILED TO USE THE ATTACHED UPDATED BOQ WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM FURTHER TECHNICAL/FINANCIAL EVALUATION PROCESS.
- Any other bid conditions which are not mentioned here but mentioned in the ITB-YEM-0020-2019 documents will remain the same.
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Civil works, Security upgrade and provision of Security system with electrical works in UNDP Hodeida office As per attached LOTs refer to the attached bid document. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached to the ITB document.

Quotations must be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org),The bidders requested ONLY to adhere the exact deadline time mentioned in the E-tendering website (https://etendering.partneragencies.org).
Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. You must use your username and password to submit bids via the online eTendering system to the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org. If you have not registered in the system before, you may register now by logging in and using the following temporary credentials:
Follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide or download the attached “eTendering Instructions Manual for Bidders” document. Upon your request UNDP will also provide videos for E-tendering registration guidance.
Bidders may send as many e-mails as needed; however, the size of each e-mail should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB). As an e-mail can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise all bidders to send e-mail submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that bids e-mailed to UNDP will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date.
Bidder should ensure that submitted offers do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected.
Bidders can compress the file through rar/zip file.
Bid Security amount: USD 20,000.00 (Twenty thousend US Dollar).
Bid security validity period: Minimum validity period is 120 days (4 months) from the date of issue of the original bid security.
Address for submitting original bid security: UNDP YEMEN Sana’a office – 60 street near to Ministry of Human Right.
- If the Bid Security amount or its validity period is found to be less than what is required by UNDP, UNDP shall reject the Bid.
- Bidders shall include a copy of the Bid Security in their bid and the original of the Bid Security must be sent via courier or hand delivery as per the instructions in BDS.
