Mission:  Sana’a- Yemen

Project Name: Address and Prevent Exploitation and Abuse of Children in Yemen Through Enhancing Economic Security and Resilience of 225 Extremely Vulnerable Households Impacted by Conflict in Sana’a, Aden and Ibb.

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to contract IP Implementing Partner to conduct project in Address and Prevent Exploitation and Abuse of Children in Yemen through Enhancing Economic Security and Resilience of 225 Extremely Vulnerable Households Impacted by Conflict in Sana’a, Aden and Ibb for eight months for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Implementing Partners to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the mentioned Services More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider/Consulting Firm will be selected based on Profile, Specialization and Quality of experiences and Quality – Cost Based Selection;

The interested Implementing Partner shall provide the following documents:

Section I. Technical Proposal

Section II. Financial Proposal

Being shared and attached by IOM;

Section III. Terms of Reference

Section IV. Code of Conduct

Section V. VIS Vendor Information Sheet;

Implementing Partner shall sign, stamp all above sections documents and fill VIS including provision of the government/business registration documents.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand in sealed and stamped envelope with clear markings containing the

and submit not later than Wednesday 24 July 2019 before 04:00 pm local time to:

For any technical enquiries regarding this RFP or relevant TOR, please direct them to sdhaifallah@iom.int in writing_ keeping RFP number in the email subject line_ not later than 20 July 2019, enquiries received after this 20 July 2019 will not be considered.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Implementing partners.
