Ended Provision of E-Card Services in Taiz and Al Hudaydah Governorates of Yemen
Request for Proposals
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Providers for the Provision of E-Card services in Taiz and Al- Hudaydah governorates of Yemen for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites the short listed Service Providers who specialized in provision of E-Cards services in Yemen to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the mentioned services. More details on the requirement are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The RFP has been addressed to only specialized service providers in E-Card services.
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP and shall be awarded an LTA Long Term Agreement.

The Proposals shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after submission.
The Proposals must be delivered by hand and must be placed in sealed and stamped envelope with clear markings containing the RFP Ref No.: RFP No# SANEHA20190790.
and submit not later than Thursday 17 October 2019 on or before 04:30 pm local time.

Submit your technical and financial proposals signed and stamped to email address email@example.com keeping the email subject the reference number of this RFP.
No late proposal shall be accepted.
The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
