Interested bidders should collect the files from Hodeidah & Sana’a offices and fill the quotation request form; All bids must be submitted before (17/Nov/2019, at 10:00 am) Duly completed tender documents including quotations enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked, all documents should be returned to ADRA YEMEN – Hodeidah & Sana’a Offices.

1- Obtaining the tender documents

  1. An official stamped letter from the company asking for the tender documents indicating the name of the person who will receive the documents and indicating the official email for the company
  2. A copy of valid company’s commercial registration and Tax card documents
  3. All applicants must sign the tender receipt list upon receipt of the tender documents.

Tender documents will be issued from 30/10/2019 till 17/11/2019 at 9:00 am till 03:00 pm at Hodidah office 03 - 239875 and Sana’a office 01 -419423-4-7

Suppliers' questions will be answered during the period of the above tender and not after the due date by email hussein.banani@adra yemen.org email is not for submission of the bids)

2- Visiting the site is mandatory according to the schedule provided with the tender document and the offer of any contractor who has not visited the site will not be considered or accepted

3- All bids must be submitted to ADRA Hodidah Office or ADRA Sanaa Office

  1. By delivering closed envelopes sealed writing the name of the company the name of the project and the project location, knowing that no tender documents will be seen unless they are signed and sealed.
  2. The list of delivery must be signed when submitting the envelopes
  3. Late bids will be rejected.

The offer should clearly include:

  1. A copy of the company’s commercial registration and Tax card for the bidder (added in the Technical Offer) 
  2. Documents shows the prior experience of the company within the same field and their work experience working with both international and local organizations.
  3.  (added within the Technical offer) 
  4. Fill out the conflict of interest form attached to the tender announcement
  5. Suitability and Quality of Construction Work Schedule (added to the financial offer)
  6. An official note on behalf of the representative at the time of opening the envelopes, along with a copy of the identity card of the representative of the entity
  7. Fill out the quotation form for each project separately with the total cost
  8. The net price for all the Items in US Dollar.
  9. A bank guarantee letter of $2,000 as proof of willingness to bid for all the above projects or one of them (submitted separately outside the envelopes)
  10. The financial Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes for each project and one separate technical envelope

 

Note:

  1. Visiting the site is mandatory and the offer of any contractor who has not visited the site will not be considered or accepted.
  2. Decimal numbers of the commodity price do not exceed three digits
  3. In case of winning, the guarantee proof of willingness to bid is replaced by a guarantee of good execution of 10% of the tender value.
  4. The bid is be summited in dollars and any bid made in another currency will be excluded.
  5. The organization is not obliged to accept the lowest bid or other offers.
  6. The organization is not obliged to provide any justifications for rejecting or accepting bids.
  7. The organization has the right to choose who they fit for each project.
  8. The Organization have the right to exclude any bidder who was not responsible in previous works
