The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - with its Branch Office Sana'a, Republic of Yemen - has an international mandate to provide international protection and to seek solutions for the problem of refugees in Yemen. In addition, The Office assumes the lead responsibility for protection, emergency shelter and camp management for internally displaced persons in Yemen. The work of the Office is of an entirely non-political character.

The Office in Sana'a would like to procure Lenovo Laptops for Implementing Partners & Miscellaneous ICT Items, and invites qualified companies to provide a firm offer for the supply of the following:

For anyone could not download the bidding documents from the above link, hard copies of bidding documents are also available in our office, and for any supplier want to participate in the tender please send an official letter mentioning your willing to participate on the tender and pass by for collection at UNHCR Supply Unit, Sana’a, between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Sunday 10/11/2019 to Thursday 28/11/2019.

Pre-tender meeting will take place on Thursday 21/11/2019 at 10:00 to 11:00 am and is strongly recommended given the complexity of the requirements and to understand the tender procedure and process.
