Al Hawban Office address: Almoleah Area
Between 8 am-3 pm (Yemen time) Sunday to Friday.
The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is [11 December 2019] at 3:00 pm (Yemen time).
The deadline for submission of tenders is [15 December 2019] at 3:00 pm (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier.
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
A bid bond equivalent to 2% from the total value of the submitted financial offer (in a form of a bank guarantee or certified cheque under Oxfam GB -Yemen name to be enveloped along with the sealed financial offer).
