Title of Services: Ferry Transportation of Passengers between Yemen, Somalia
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Providers for the Ferry Transportation of Passengers between Yemen and Somalia for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites the Service Providers who have experience to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Sea Transportation of Passengers between Yemen, Somalia and Djibouti. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The service provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The bid shall be submitted in original in a sealed envelope with the company stamp and titled: “RFP No. ADE-MPA-2020-20409” to Sanaa office, Hadda Post Office area, behind the Turkish Embassy, P.O. Box 16335 address Or
Aden sub-office with office address, UN Enclave, Villa no.33, Abbas Zaki St; Al-Jalaa neighborhood, Khormakser district, Aden, Or
through email to the BEAC with office address: firstname.lastname@example.org as clear scan pdf format copies, signed and stamped.
The deadline for submission of the bids is 20th Feb 2020, 05:00pm Yemen local time.
The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
