Rehabilitation of 15 Water Points 

The Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) is an independent humanitarian agency established for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA International operates in 142 countries around the world and started its activity in Yemen since 1995. It has a presence in 14 governorates in Yemen in which it responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic development, education and food security.

ADRA is inviting eligible and qualified contractor / suppliers to submit their offers for 

1.  Rehabilitation of 9 water points bilad Alros and Jahan districts, the first group.

2.  Rehabilitation of 6 water points in Alhesn ,Khawlan , and Hamdan districts , the Second group.

Tenders must be submitted to ADRA branch – SAWA office, Sana’a, Attan - Behind the Indonesian Embassy Sana’a, Procurement Department, by October 16, 2022 before 1:00 PM, Yemen Timing.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.

Tender opening session will take a place on October 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM in ADRA -SAWA Office Project. 

All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes clearly marked:

Tender Number and Title: 

1.   Rehabilitation of 9 water points bilad Alros and Jahan districts, the first group :  ADRA-SAWA-0055 A -2022.

2.   Rehabilitation of 6 water points in Alhesn ,Khawlan , and Hamdan districts , the Second group :  ADRA-SAWA-0055 B -2022.

• Submission is made for each group with a separate file and the contractor is requested to provide Bank guarantee for each group. 
• ADRA has the right to partially selecta contractor for each batch from the mentioned above.

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.

تدعو منظمة أدرا اليمن لتقديم عطاءات مغلقة من جميع الموردين المؤهلين ل

1.    تأهيل 9 نقاط مياه في مديريات بلاد الروس وجحانة المجموعة الاولى

2.    تأهيل 6 نقاط مياه في مديريات الحصن و خولان وهمدان المجموعة الثانية

يجب تسليم العطاءات الى مكتب أدرا الكائن في صنعاء، فرع إدرا - مكتب سوا - صنعاء - عطان – شارع بيروت خلف السفاره الاندونيسيه- قسم المشتريات .

 في موعد اقصاه 16 اكتوبر 2022 م قبل الساعة 1 ظهرا بتوقيت اليمن.

سيتم فقط اعتبار العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق.

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات في 17  اكتوبر 2022 الساعة 10:00 صباحًا في مكتب أدرا - مشروع سوا.

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

اسم ورقم المناقصة : 

1.    تأهيل 9 نقاط مياه في مديريات بلاد الروس وجحانة المجموعة الاولى :  ADRA-SAWA-0055 A -2022
2.    تأهيل 6 نقاط مياه في مديريات الحصن و خولان وهمدان المجموعة الثانية  :  ADRA-SAWA-0055 B -2022
3.    يتم التقديم لكل مجموعة من المجموعتين بملف منفصل مع تقديم ضمان بنكي لكل مجموعه على حده .
4.    سيتم  اختيار مقاول لكل مجموعة  من المشاريع اعلاه

التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء .
