The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of [Long Term Agreement for Provision of Tanks and fittings for drinking water for IDPs in Marib], the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” to sign Long term Agreement (LTA) for one year for the supply and delivery of Water Tanks and fittings] .

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after submission of Bids shall be delivered to the BEAC at IOM Marib sub-office, located in El Louver Hotel in Marib city on or before 19-Januray-2021 by 02:00 pm a soft copy of your offer should be submitted as well on iommaribproc@iom.int having the reference number LTA-MAR-WSH-2020-31750
Late bids shall be rejected.
Prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify IOM in writing by email at IOM’s address iommaribproc@iom.int with email subject “ Enquiry of LTA 31750”. No later than 5 days before submission of bids, (i.e. by 15-Januray -2021)
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
