The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in Arabic/English) may be downloaded from the right side of this page under Attachments and Downloads

يتم تقديم المناقصة باستخدام وثائق اكتد المعتمدة والتقديم مفتوح لجميع الموردين المؤهلين ومقدمي الخدمة. يمكن إيجاد "وثائق المناقصات باللغتين (العربية / الانجليزية) ويمكن جمعها وتنزيلها من قبل جميع المتقدمين عن طريق المرفقات على يمين هذه الصفحة

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the YemenHR website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

ينصح مقدمي العطاءات على الرجوع إلى موقع YemenHR الإلكتروني بانتظام لاحتمال التعديل محتمل العطاء الحالي و / أو وثائق العطاء.

The closing date of this National Call for Tender is fixed on 15-03-2021 at 10:00 AM (Yemen time). Offers must be submitted to ACTED Sana’a Office- Haddah Street -Yemen in a sealed envelope with the text “ T/15/FWA/PRINTING & VISIBILITY/ALL BASES/YEM/18-02-2021/001– not to be opened before the 15-03-2021”.

اخر موعد لاستلام العروض واغلاق العطاء 2021-03-15 الساعة الـ 10:00 صباحا حسب توقيت اليمن وجميع العروض يجب ان تقدم لمكتب منظمة أكتد – صنعاء – شارع حدة - اليمن في ظرف مغلق ومختوم يحمل اسم العطاء

لن يتم فتح المغلفات قبل جلسة فتح العروض بتاريخ 15-03-2021.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

لن تكون منظمة أكتد مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يدفعها المتقدمين للمناقصة الخاصة بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم لمنظمة أكتد.

ACTED will hold an open tender opening session at Acted Office – Sana’a -Yemen on 15-03-2021 at 10:00 AM (Yemen time). The presence of bidders’ representatives is permitted, for that you need to submit your contact details to the email address yemen.tender@acted.org cc tender@acted.org not before the 15-03-2021 at 9AM (Yemen time)

ستعقد لجنة أكتد للمناقصات جلسة فتح عطاءات بحضور الراغبين في مكتب أكتد – صنعاء –- اليمن – بتاريخ 15-03-2021 الساعة 10 صباحا بتوقيت اليمن. يمكن لممثل العطاء حضور فتح العطاءات ويجب ارسال بريد الكتروني بالاسم والتفاصيل الى العنوان التالي yemen.tender@acted.org واضافة نسخة الى tender@acted.org قبل التاريخ 15-03-2021 الساعة 9 صباحا بتوقيت اليمن.
