YFCA is implementing the project ''Comprehensive and Integrated Response to Address Malnutrition (CIRAM)''. The project is funded by Department for International Development (DFID)- UK .Henceforth, YFCA is inviting qualified suppliers / Service providers to submit their offers for the tender of Supply of Vehicle Rental and Fuel as per the details below:

  • The tender will be conducted using YFCA and ACTED standard bidding documents. The tender is open to all qualified Vehicle Rental and Fuel suppliers and service providers.
  • The deadline for the purchase of Tender Document is Thu, 15th March 2018 at 12:00 P.m
  • All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to YFCA Head Office at the above address not later than Thu15th March 2018 at 12:00 P.m. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated below or sending by email to tenders@yfca.org marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier, together with:
  1. A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
  2. A copy of valid tax card.
  3. A Copy of valid practicing license
  4. All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

Important Notes;

  • A tender opening session will take place in YFCA HQ office in Sana’a
  • YFCA is not obliged to provide reasons either for accepting or rejecting offers.
  • Late Bids received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
  • Bids from unqualified bidders will be rejected.
  • YFCA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to YFCA.
