Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns, and education for global citizenship. 

Oxfam are conducting a tender process within [Yemen Programme] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

Supply of 3000 Hygiene Kits & delivery to NRC Warehouse in Abs District, Hajjah Governorate, Yemen Republic under grant YEMC03-R10709 (GFFO) as per the Bill of Quantities in the tender dossier.

As per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier, the tender dossier can be obtained by interested parties by sending a request (Official stamped letter) to the email address hajjah_tenders@oxfam.org.uk with mentioning the tender reference number ITT-YESHA-23-0001 in the email's subject.

The deadline for sharing the tender dossier for interested contractors is 21/03/2023 12:00 pm (Yemen time).

The deadline for submission of tenders is [28/03/2023] at 3pm (Yemen time).

Note:

• bid bond 3%  bank guarantee or certified check. Failure to submit the bid bond will not entitle bidders by to be technically & economically evaluated, automatically their offers will be rejected.
• Oxfam will ignore all requests with no attached Official stamped letters or all requests which do not mention tender reference number ITT-YESHA-23-0001 in the email's subject
• The tender dossier is accompanied by a bid bond equivalent to 3% of the total value of the submitted financial offer (in a form of a bank guarantee or certified cheque under Oxfam GB -Yemen name to be enveloped along with the sealed financial offer). Failure to submit the bid bond will not entitle bidders by to be technically & economically evaluated, automatically their offers will be rejected.
• Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

لسادة الاعزاء،

• توريد 3000 حقيبة صحية إلى مخازن NRC في مدينة عبس ، محافظة حجة ، الجمهورية اليمنية تحت المنحة المقدمة من مكتب وزارة الخارجية الالمانية

حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة. يمكن الحصول على ملف العطاء من قبل الأطراف المهتمة بإرسال طلب (خطاب رسمي مختوم) إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني Hajjah_tenders@oxfam.org.uk

مع ذكر الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-23-0001 في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

الموعد النهائي لمشاركة ملف المناقصة مع المقاولين المهتمين هو 21 مارس 2023 الساعة 12:00 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن).

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو [ 28 مارس 2023] في تمام الساعة 3 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن)

ملحوظة:

• ضمان عطاء بنكي,او شيك مقبول الدفع  3% من قيمة العطاء.
• الفشل في تقديم ضمان العطاء ,لن يؤهل الموردين للتقيم الفني والمالي ,وستلغى عروضهم اوتوماتيكيا
• منظمة أوكسفام لن تأخذ في الاعتبار أي طلبات لا تحتوي على خطابات رسمية مختومة أو أي طلبات لم يذكر فيها الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-23-0001 .
• لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه.
