تعلن مؤسسة بناء للتنمية عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصة العامة التالية:

BFD announces its desire to advertise the following public tender

وعليه تدعو مؤسسة بناء للتنمية الاخوة الموردين المؤهلين والذين سبق ان عملوا في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم عن طريق المناقصة المذكور أعلاه وذلك وفقا لوثائق المناقصات.

1.  يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من خلال الرابط الاتي: https://forms.gle/oLUusSnR6tGBFKU59
2.  يسلم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم مكتوب عليه اسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة، قبل الموعد المحدد أعلاه لفتح المظاريف على العنوان التالي: مؤسسة بناء للتنمية المقر الرئيسي – تقاطع شارع جيبوتي مع شارع عمان – جوار اكاديمية بازرعة للطيران
3. تفتح المظاريف بجلسة علنية في مقر مؤسسة بناء للتنمية المقر الرئيسي – تقاطع شارع جيبوتي مع شارع عمان – جوار اكاديمية بازرعة للطيران حسب المواعيد المحددة أعلاه. وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سيرفض وسوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مغلقاً.
4. على المتقدم احضار صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
5. على المتقدم إحضار صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
6. على المتقدم احضار صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
7. على المتقدم احضار صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
8. في حالة كانت الوثائق المطلوبة منتهية او قيد التجديد لمقدم العطاء يجب ارفاق التزام بتجديد الوثائق المنتهية مالم سوف يتم استبعاد العطاء في مرحلة الاستجابة الاولية من التحليل.
9. يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي غير مشروط أو شيك مقبول الدفع بالمبلغ والعملة المحدد أعلاه صالح للمدة المذكورة أعلاه ابتداء من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة.
10.  يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة أعلاه، وسيتم استبعاد أي عطاء يتم تقديمه بعملة مغايرة.

يجب ارفاق جميع وثائق المناقصة وتختيمها.

سوف يتم استبعاد اي عطاء غير مستوفي للمتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه في مرحلة الاستجابة الاولية من التحليل الفني والمالي

Accordingly, BFD invites qualified suppliers who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the tender mentioned above, in accordance with the tender documents.

1. Tender documents can be obtained through the following link: https://forms.gle/oLUusSnR6tGBFKU59

2. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number written on it, before the date specified above for opening the envelopes to the following address: Building Foundation for Development Headquarters - the intersection of Amman Street with Djibout Street - next to the Academy Bazarah Aviation

3. The envelopes are opened in a public session at Building Foundation for Development Headquarters - the intersection of Amman Street with Djibout Street - next to the Academy Bazarah Aviation - according to the appointments specified above. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned.

4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid commercial register.

5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card.

6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate.

7. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid zakat card

8. In the event that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis.

9. An unconditional bank guarantee or a check acceptable to pay for the amount and currency specified above shall be attached to the bid, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected.

10. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.

11. All tender documents must be attached and stamped.

Any bid that does not meet the above requirements in the first response phase will be excluded from the technical and financial analysis
