نبذة عن الجمعية: -

جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني منظمة إنسانية تأسست في الجزء الجنوبي من اليمن عام 1968. وفي الجزء الشمالي من اليمن في يوليو  1970 بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15 لعام 1970. وبعد الوحدة المباركة، تم دمجها في أكتوبر 1993 لتصبح جمعية وطنية واحدة. وقد اعترفت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في أبريل 1982 بـالجمعية وانضمت إلى الحركة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر في أكتوبر 1982.

تدعو جمعية الهلال الاحمر اليمني وبدعم من الصليب الأحمر الألماني، المقاولين المعتمدين لتقديم عروض أسعار بالدولار لإعادة تأهيل وترميم عدد 7 مدارس في محافظة صنعاء، حسب الجدول أدناه:

• ملاحظة هامة: يمكن لأي من المقاولين التقدم في مجموعة واحدة فقط

يمكن للمقاولين المهتمين ممن لديهم خبرة (لا تقل عن تنفيذ عدد اثنين مشاريع في الثلاث سنوات الاخيرة)، ومسجلين قانونيا في الجمهورية اليمنية كمقاولين، الحصول على وثائق المناقصة ذات الصلة، من خلال تحميلها من الرابط أدناه:

يتم تقديم العطاءات (بالدولار الأمريكي) إلى المركز الرئيسي للجمعية شارع 26 سبتمبر، المبنى رقم 10، صنعاء، اليمن، في الموعد المحدد أعلاه، ولن يتم استلام العطاءات المقدمة بعد الموعد او الوقت المحددين.

يجب تقديم العطاءات في ظرف مختوم يحتوي على:

عرض مالي يشمل:

• عرض سعر يشمل سعر الوحدة لكل بند، السعر الإجمالي، الإجمالي العام، نسبة التخفيض ان وجدت والاجمالي العام بعد التخفيض

عرض فني يشمل:

• نبذة عن الشركة.

• عدد اثنين عقود مشابهه خلال الثلاث السنوات الماضية.

• نسخة مجددة من البطاقة الضريبية.

• نسخة مجددة من مزاولة المهنة.

• نسخة مجددة من السجل التجاري.

• صورة من شهادة التسجيل والتصنيف سارية المفعول (على ان يكون المقاول مصنف من الدرجة الأولى الى الرابعة).

• صورة من البطاقة التأمينية.

• نسخة مجددة من البطاقة الزكوية.

• يجب ان تكون العطاءات صالحة لمدة 90 يوما بعد تقديم العطاءات.

• يجب على المتقدمين احضار (في مظروف منفصل عن المظروف المالي) ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بالمبلغ اعلاه بالدولار الامريكي صالحاً لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح العطاء كضمان دخول في المناقصة.

ملاحظات هامة:

تحتفظ الجمعية بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض سعر، وإلغاء عملية الشراء ورفض جميع عروض الأسعار في أي وقت قبل منح طلب الشراء أو العقد، دون تحمل أي مسؤولية تجاه المورد/الموردين المتأثرين أو أي التزام بإبلاغ المورد/الموردين المتأثرين  بهذا الاجراء.

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) with the support of the German Red Cross, is herewith inviting legal contractors to submit Quotations in US Dollar for the Rehabilitation of 7 Schools in Sana’a Governorate, as detailed in the table below:

• Important Note: Each contractor can only participate in only one group.

Interested contractors with experience (No less than 2 contracts in the last 3 years), and are legally registered in the republic of Yemen as contractors can obtain relevant bidding documents, by downloading them from the following link:

Bids should be submitted/delivered (in USD) to YRCS Head Quarter, 26th September Street, Building No. 10, Sana'a, Yemen, not later the deadline above. Bids coming after deadline and time will not be received. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope containing:

A financial offer comprising of:

• A quotation including unit, unit price, total price, discount if there, general total after total.

A technical offer comprising of:

• Company Profile.
• 2 similar contracts in the last 3 years
• Valid Copy of Tax Card.
• Valid Copy of Zakat Card.
• Valid Copy of Work Permit.
• Valid Copy of Commercial Certificate.
• Valid Classification Certificate (contractor should classified from 1 to 4 at least)

The bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid submission.

The contractor should submit (in envelope other than the financial one) an unconditional bank guarantee with amount mentioned above in USD, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening as a bid security.

NOTE:

YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.
