For its Yemen Communities Stronger Together (YCST) program, Global communities Yemen invites qualified companies to submit their offers for the following:

Applicants are required to have: -

1.    A valid Tax ID card
2.    Certified Valid Commercial Record approved by Yemeni legislature.
3.    The quotation must be valid for 120 days.
4.    The quotation must be submitted in both English and Arabic languages.

Incomplete documents will not be considered.

* Deadline for any inquiries or clarifications request is no later than Thursday 03:00 PM July 8, 2021.
* Deadline for submitting offers in a sealed envelope is not later than Sunday 12:00 PM July 11, 2021.

* Global Communities reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

 ويشترط في المتقدمين في المناقصة ان يكون لديهم: -

1.    بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول
2.    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول ومعتمد لدى الهيئة التشريعية اليمينة.
3.    ان يكون عرض السعر ساري لمدة 120 يوم.
4.    يجب ان تسلم عروض الاسعار باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.
لن ينظر في الوثائق الغير مكتملة.

يتم استلام مظاريف المناقصة وتسليم العروض الى العنوان التالي:

* اخر موعد لتلقي أية استفسارات او طلب توضيحات خاصة بالمناقصة هو الساعة 3:00 عصراً يوم الخميس الموافق 8 يوليو 2021
* الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض في ظرف مختوم هو الساعة 12:00 ظهراً يوم الاحد الموافق 11 يوليو 2021

* تحتفظ منظمة مجتمعات عالمية بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي من العروض أو جميعها دون إبداء أي سبب.
