1.    Company Profile including point of contact +Branch addresses + list of products / services provided.
2.    A copy of Valid Commercial Registration of the company.
3.    A copy of Valid of registration with income tax department card.
4.    Certificate of establishment / professions practicing  license.
5.    Proof of minimum of three years of relevant experience (Contracts or Purchase Orders).

Islamic Relief has the right to accept or reject some or all of the documents without specifying any reason.

Important Notes:

• Please note that this is not an invitation to bid, and it is not required at this stage to submit any business proposals or any quotations.
• Also, this invitation is not obligated to launch any tenders or issue any contracts for companies that have expressed their desire through submission.
• No submission will be considered after the deadline specified in this announcement.
• The organization has the right to verify the data and documents submitted before the selection process through visits and interviews if necessary.
• The organization has the right to refer to the institutions that the bidder had previously dealt with, and to take this into consideration when evaluating.

في ظرف مغلق مطبوع عليه "دعوة للتسجيل في قوائم الموردين لمنظمة الإغاثة الإسلامية لسنة  بالإضافة الى إرفاق الوثائق المذكورة أدناه:

1-    صورة السجل التجاري ساري المفعول يحدد النشاط التجاري
2-    صورة البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول 
3-    رخصة مزاولة المهنة او ترخيص محل
4-    ملف تعريف عن الشركة (البروفايل) متضمناً بيانات التواصل للموظفين + قائمة السلع/   الخدمات التي تقدمها الجهة. وثائق إثبات خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات (عقود او أمر شراء).
5-    استمارة تأهيل و تسجيل الموردين والمقاولين  
6-    مدونة السلوك
7-    أي وثائق داعمة اخرى.

ملاحظات هامة:
