المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين YGUSSWP   هي منظمة غير ربحية ، تأسست عام 2011. تعمل في المجالات الاجتماعية والإنسانية، وهي منظمة متخصصة في الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ ، الكوارث ، والأزمات والحروب ، وتنفذ مشاريعها في القطاعات التالية: الحماية العامة ، حماية الطفل ، حماية المرأة ، المأوى ، ادارة المواقع، المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة ، التعليم ، إدارة الحالات ، الصحة النفسية ومشاريع سبل العيش 

تعلن المنظمة  العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيينYGUSSWP   عن إنزال المناقصة التالية

وعليه ندعو الموردين والشركات المؤهلين المتخصصين في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم وذلك وفقاً للتالي: 
1-    يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة  من مقر المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين  صنعاء، حدة، شارع بيروت، بجانب السفارة الألمانية خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي ، من يوم الاثنين  تاريخ 6/11/2023  
حيث ان اخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات سيكون الاحد  26/11/2023 الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحاً  ولن يتم قبول اي عطاء بعد هذا الموعد بحيث سيتم فتح المظاريف في نفس اليوم  الاحد  26/11/2023 الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا بمكتب المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين صنعاء، حدة، شارع بيروت، بجانب السفارة الألمانية .

2-    يشترط للحصول على وثائق المناقصة احضار خطاب رسمي بذلك او تفويض باستلام بالوثائق ( مرفق صورة البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض ) 

3-    تقدم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم المشروع واسم ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفقاً بها ما يلي:

1-    الضرف 1: ضمان  ابتدائي بنكي غير مشروط مبلغ مقطوع بقيمة  1000 دولار ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بالضمان البنكي.
2-    الظرف 2 : العرض المالي والكميات 
مده صلاحية عرض السعر المالي عام كامل  من يوم تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
3-    الضرف3 : العرض الفني

• يتم تقديم العطاء بعمله الدولار الامريكي. واي عطاء يقدم بعملة مغايرة سيتم استبعاده 
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية.
• صورة من السجل التجاري.
• صورة من البطاقة الزكوية.
• صورة من البطاقة التأمينية 
• صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة

ويشترط ان تكون كافة الوثائق المشار إليها بعالية سارية المفعول

كما يجب على المتقدم ارفاق التالي: 

• ارفاق الخبرات السابقة في نفس مجال المناقصة
• بروفيل الشركة 
• لن يتم النظر في المستندات الغير كاملة مع ضرورة إحضار أصول هذه الوثائق للمطابقة في جلسة فتح المظاريف

في حال وجود أي استفسارات عن المناقصة فينبغي ان تصل تلك الاستفسارات الى المنظمة بمدة لا تقل عن خمسة ايام من تاريخ الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات وذلك عبر الايميل التالي Tender@ygusswp.org

Yemeni General Union of Sociologists, Social Workers and Psychologists YGUSSWP is a non-profit organization, founded in 2011. YGUSSWP works in the social and humanitarian fields, and it is an organization specialized in responding to emergencies, disasters, crises and wars, and implements its projects in the following sectors: public protection, child protection, women protection, shelter, CCCM , WASH , education, case management, mental health and livelihood projects

YGUSSWP announces the following tender:

Accordingly, YGUSSWP invites suppliers and qualified companies specialized in the same field to submit their bids, according to the following:

1- Bidding documents can be obtained from YGUSSWP Main Office , Sana’a, Haddah, Beirut Street, next to the German Embassy during official working hours, from Monday  6/11/2023. In order to obtain the tender documents, it is required to bring stamped official letter.
As the last date for receiving bids will be Sunday  26/11/2023 at 10:30 AM, no bids will be accepted after this date. The Envelopes will be opened on the same day, sunday 26/11/2023 at 11:00 AM  at YGUSSWP Main office Sana’a, Haddah, Beirut Street, next to the German Embassy

2- To obtain the tender documents, it is required to bring an official letter to that effect or an authorization to receive the documents (attached is a copy of the commissioner’s ID card).

3- Bids shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax project title , the title and the number of the tender and the name of the bidder, must be written on the envelop:

1- Envelope 1: an initial bank guarantee at 1000 $ of the bid value that  must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes,. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bank guarantee will be rejected.

2- Envelope 2: The financial offer : Bids must be attached to the following 
The validity period of the price offer is one whole year, which can be extended for an additional year, starting from the date of opening the envelopes.
The bid shall be submitted in US dollars. Any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified

3-    Envelope 3: Technical offer:
The bidders to provide valid registration documents in the field of wood, steel, construction materials, construction work related area with all annexes 

• A copy of the tax card.
• A copy of the commercial register.
• A copy of the zakat card.
• A copy of the insurance card
• A copy of the certificate of practicing the profession

All documents referred to above are required to be valid

The applicant must also attach the following:

Previous experiences in the same field of tender

• Company Profile
• Incomplete documents will not be considered, with the need to bring the originals of these documents for conformity at the envelope opening session

The bidder must stamp all submitted samples before handing them over to the organization
