INVITATION TO TENDER

Tender Title: 

• Supply and installation of 160 latrines for IDPs in Aslam Alwasat and Aslam Al-Yemen as per Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Drawings. 
• Rehabilitation of 5 Water Networks in Aslam Districts (Jabal Aslam, Bani Zaid, Almoshawaha, Alhaid & Aldhalwahi) as per Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Drawings. Aslam District, Hajjah Governorate, Republic of Yemen - YHF grant YEMB80- R10172

Oxfam is a registered International Non-Governmental Organization. It is a member of Oxfam International, an international confederation of 17 organizations working together in 98 countries with partners and other allies around the world.

Oxfam has been operating in Yemen for over 30 years and is currently present in nine provinces where poor communities are located. In Yemen, Oxfam's emergency activities focus on: providing clean water and sanitation services, helping families make a living and access basic food needs, and empowering women and supporting their economic rights, with a greater attention given to internally displaced persons and host communities.

Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship. 

Oxfam are conducting a tender process within [Yemen Programme] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

• Rehabilitation of 5 Water Networks in Aslam Districts (Jabal Aslam, Bani Zaid, Almoshawaha, Alhaid & Aldhalwahi) as per Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Drawings.

As per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier, the tender dossier can be obtained by interested parties by sending a request (Official stamped letter) to the email address hajjah_tenders@oxfam.org.uk with mentioning the tender reference number ITT-YESHA-22-0001 in the email's subject.
The deadline for sharing the tender dossier for interested contractors is 21July 2022 at 03:00 pm (Yemen time).

Note:

Oxfam will ignore all requests with no attached Official stamped letters or all requests which do not mention tender reference number ITT-YESHA-22-0001 in the email's subject

The deadline for submission of tenders is [04/08/2022] at 3 pm (Yemen time). 

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

توريد  وتركيب عدد 160 حمام للنازحين في عزلة اسلم الوسط وأسلم اليمن في مديرية أسلم ، محافظة حجة ، الجمهورية اليمنية.

إعادة تأهيل خمس شبكات مياه في مديرية أسلم (جبل أسلم ، بني زيد ، المشوهه ، الحيد والذلوحي) محافظة حجة ، الجمهورية اليمنية  وذلك بحسب المواصفات وجداول الكميات والرسومات المرفقة الخاصة بكلا المشروعين - مديرية أسلم ، محافظة حجة ، الجمهورية اليمنية. 

السادة الاعزاء،

 تقوم أوكسفام بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد أوكسفام ، في حدود متطلباتهم ، بما يلي:

مع ذكر الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-22-0001 في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

الموعد النهائي لمشاركة ملف المناقصة مع المقاولين المهتمين هو 21 يوليو 2022 الساعة 03:00 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن).

ملحوظة:

ستتجاهل منظمة أوكسفام جميع الطلبات التي لا تحتوي على خطابات رسمية مختومة مرفقة أو جميع الطلبات التي لا يذكر الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-22-0001 في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو [ 04 أغسطس 2022] في تمام الساعة 3 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن) 

لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه.
