Humanitarian Development Program (HDP) is looking for qualified Contractors/ Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

 برنامج التنمية الإنسانية  تبحث عن مقاولين/ موردين مؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

The tender will be conducted using HDP standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers The Bidding Documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

سوف تجري المناقصة باستخدام وثائق برنامج التنمية الإنسانية لمعايير العطاء ويمكن لجميع المقاولين المؤهلين الحصول على وثيقة المناقصة عن طريق الرابط الموضح في الجدول اعلاه.  

Please read the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS for qualifications and requirements. 

يرجى الاطلاع على تعليمات مقدمين العطاءات الموجودة في وثائق المناقصة للحصول على المؤهلات والمتطلبات ، 

All bids must be submitted in a sealed to HDP ( Building of Social charity Association for Social Services  - Head Office Located at Akabt  Jamal Street – Next to transportation and telecommunication General Office . – Taiz Gov . not later than Monday , May. 29. 2023 at 11:00 A.M.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier together with;

1.    A bank guarantee, or certified cheque, that is non-cancellable and must be valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of envelopes with amount of 2.5 % from the total offered price .
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3.    A copy of valid tax card and Tax Registration Certificate
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card 
5.    Subscription card for the State Insurance Corporation
6.    Contractor Classification Certificate
7.    A Copy of valid practicing license
8.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو يوم الاثنين الموافق 29 مايو 2023 م في تمام الساعة 11:00  صباحً في مظروف مختوم إلى مكتب برنامج التنمية الإنسانية ( مبنى الجمعية الخيرية الإدارة العامة ) – عقبة شارع جمال – جوار البريد العام ومكتب المواصلات و الاتصالات – محافظة تعز 
يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم إلى العنوان المشار إليه أعلاه، مع ذكر اسم الجهة، رقم مرجع المناقصة، نوع المناقصة، واسم المورد، بالإضافة إلى:-

1.    ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للألغاء وغير مشروطة  أو شيك مقبول الدفع ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. وبمبلغ 2.5 % من اجمالي قيمة العطاء . 
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول و شهادة القيد في ضريبة المبيعات 
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول 
5.    بطاقة اشتراك في المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات .
6.    شهادة تصنيف المقاولين .
7.    نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
8.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة .
