Project Name: Supply of a 12m3 sewer vacuum sewage suction truck to Marib city 

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is UN Migration Agency established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. 

The IOM is herewith requesting your Company to submit Quotation in US Dollar for supplying of Supply of a 12m3 sewer vacuum sewage suction truck to Marib city as per specification in the below BOQ. 

Guideline for submission of quotation.

Submission of quotations: Bid submission on the vendor portal. The Bidder shall submit their financial and technical offers through the system using the link. https://ye-p-app02.azurewebsites.net/ of IOM vendors Portal not later then 28th of August 2022.

Technical Proposal can be submitted to IOM office – Louvre Hotel, Marib before the 28th of August 2022 before 16:00 hrs. 

New bidder registered themselves though the link as per guideline given in same link. 

1-    Quotation Price: Prices shall be quoted in UD dollars (USD) are FINAL and All Inclusive from any charges (VAT, Transport, Labors & any other cost) might occur during delivery to designated site. 
2-    Validity of submitted quotation: Quotation offer must be valid for 90 calendar days.
3-    Delivery Time:  Clearly indicate work delivery time. 
4-    Bidder responsibility to obtain all import approvals. 

a.    The proposed product should be New, comes with ORIGINAL WARRANTY from respective manufacturer (Brand Owner) and the standard warranty period and as per manufacture guideline.  

b.    The awarded Supplier will be responsible to assist and support any warranty claim made by IOM during the warranty period of purchased product.  

c.    IOM will not take any responsibility of damage/ leakage. 

d.    IOM will arrange specialized automobile engineer for final inspection up delivery. 

5-    Payment: Payment will be released as per agreed terms and conditions within 30 Calendar days after 100% delivery/and upon final inspection of 3rd party specialized in automobile field.  

6-    Eligibility Criteria

All bid offers will be evaluated according to the following table using the “Degree” method. Offers that considered as technically acceptable will pass to the next stage which is the financial evaluation.
Technically acceptable means the offer provided mandatory criteria and has Pass degree at most of criteria in general

Those bidders have relevant experience in the automobile field will be considered eligible.  

7-    Evaluation Criteria

Technically acceptable means the offer provided mandatory criteria and has Pass degree 3/5 at most of criteria in general. 

Deadline of submission offers will be on the 28th of August 2022.

Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety calendar days (90 days) after submission of Bids.

The system will reject submissions after the deadline. Bids will be opened at the above address and within one week after closing date.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.

NOTE: IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
