Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) is looking for qualified Contractors/ Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

Tamdeen Youth Foundation 

is a non-profit foundation established on May 25, 2013, with the license of No. 312 from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Yemen. The Foundation provides community development, civic education and capacity-building programs. It implements positive emergency interventions and has strategic partnerships with many international, regional and local organizations

The tender will be conducted using TYF standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers The Bidding Documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

Tenders must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, Sana’a, Faj Attan – Next to UN Compound, Procurement Department,

Before Monday February 6, 2023 10:00 AM, Yemen Timing.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.

Tender opening session will take a place on Monday February 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM in TYF Office (same above address), bid owner or his representative will not be allowed to attend the session of bid opening unless having an official memo by the name authorized for attendance. 

All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes clearly marked:

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.
with;

1.    A bid bank guarantee of $4,000 valid for 90 days from the date of opening the bid.
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3.    A copy of valid tax card.
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card 
5.    A Copy of valid practicing license
6.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

TYF Award Committee reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all submitted quotation(s) at its discretion and is under no obligation to issue an award.

Questions will be answered by: (31 / January/ 2023, 04:00 PM.

Each page of tender documents must be stamped. Any pages requesting a signature must be signed and stamped

TYF will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to TYF.

An offer for this tender is not a guarantee of being awarded a contract.

مؤسسة غير ربحية، تأسست في25مايو عام 2013 م، بترخيص رقم (312) من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في اليمن. تقدم برامج التنمية المجتمعية والتوعية المدنية وبناء القدرات، وتنفذ تدخلات إيجابية في حالات الطوارئ، كما تتمتع بشراكات إستراتيجية مع العديد من المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية

سيتم إجراء العطاء باستخدام وثائق العطاءات القياسية   الخاصة بمؤسسة تمدين شباب، وهي مفتوحة لجميع الموردين المؤهلين. تتوفر وثائق العطاء في الرابط الموضح في الجدول أعلاه.
يجب تسليم العطاءات الى مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب الكائن في صنعاء - فج عطان - بجوار سكن الأمم المتحدة – قسم المشتريات في موعد أقصاه يوم الاثنين الموافق 6 فبراير 2023 قبل الساعة 10:00 صباحاً بتوقيت اليمن.

سيتم النظر فقط في العطاءات المقدمة بالنماذج المطلوبة قبل موعد الاغلاق

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات يوم الاثنين الموافق 6 فبراير 2023 الساعة 11:00 صباحا في مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب في نفس العنوان أعلاه، ولن يسمح لصاحب العطاء او مندوبة حضور جلسة فتح المظاريف الا بموجب مذكرة رسمية باسم الشخص المخول له بالحضور. 

يجب تسليم العطاءات(المظاريف) مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

اسم الاتفاقية الاطارية: دعوة لمناقصة (اتفاقية طويلة الاجل) لخدمة تأجير السيارات لمدة 12 شهراً لمكاتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب في جميع محافظات الجمهورية اليمنية مع امكانية التمديد لسنة إضافية أخرى.
التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.

بالإضافة إلى: -
1.   ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للإلغاء وغير مشروطة أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ وقدرة 4000 دولار امريكي $ ساري المفعول لمدة 90 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول 
5.    نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
6.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة لجنة العطاء التابعة لمؤسسة تمدين شباب لها الحق بقبول او رفض 

 اي او كل عروض الاسعار والمقترحات المقدمة وفقا لتقديراتها وليست ملزمة بإرساء العطاء على اي متقدم

اخر موعد لاستقبال الأسئلة: 31 يناير 2023 م الساعة 10:00 صباحا.

سيتم الإجابة عن الأسئلة في: 31 يناير 2023 م الساعة 4:00 عصراً.

جميع الأوراق والوثائق المرفقة للمناقصة يجب ختمها وكذلك الأوراق التي تتطلب التوقيع حيث يجب التوقيع عليها وختمها.

لن تكون مؤسسة تمدين شباب مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف او نفقات دفعها المتقدمين للمناقصة الخاصة بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم لمؤسسة تمدين شباب 

لا يعتبر تقديم عرض لهذا العطاء ضماناً لمنح العقد.
