مؤسسة معكم التنموية MAAKUM مؤسسة غير حكومية غير هادفة للربح إغاثية وتنموية تأسست في 29 يناير 2017 م, وتعمل في اليمن لتنفيذ مشاريع في ستة قطاعات هي التعليم والصحة والمياه والحماية والإيواء والأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش , ولها علاقات واسعة مع الجهات الرسمية والكلسترات والمنظمات المحلية والدولية , يستفيد من مشاريعها كافة الشرائح والفئات في المجتمع .

لدعم هذه الأنشطة تدعو مؤسسة معكم التنمويةMAAKUM جميع الموردين والتجار والمكاتب والشركات ومزودي الخدمات للمشاركة في عملية التسجيل في قائمة الموردين المؤهلين للتقدم لعمليات الشراء الصادرة منها لتوفير الأصناف أو الخدمات أو الأعمال المندرجة في المجالات التالية:-

الوثائق التي يجب تقديمها

• توقيع مدونة سلوك الموردين وارفاقها مع ملف التقديم.
• الهوية الوطنية لصاحب الشركة
• ملف تعريف عن الشركة /المكتب.
• صورة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول.
• صورة البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• صورة البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
• صورة مزولة المهنة سارية المفعول 
• صورة البطاقة التأمينية سارية المفعول.
• وثائق إثبات خبرة لا تقل عن سنة )عقود أو أمر شراء).
• أي وثائق داعمة أخرى.

ملاحظات هامة:

1.    نود ان تلفت عنايتكم أن هذه ليست دعوة لمناقصة. لا توجد مقترحات عمل ولا مطلوب تكلفة تقديرية في هذه المرحلة.
2.    لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم بعد انتهاء الموعد المحدد في هذا الاعلان.
3.    يتعهد أي مورد يرغب في التسجيل وتعبئة استمارة طلب التأهيل لدى المؤسسة بأن كافة المعلومات المقدمة حديثة ودقيقة وليس فيها أي غموض أو تضليل كما يوافق بالسماح للمنظمة بالكشف عن المعلومات والتأكد منها من أي جهة وفي أي وقت ولأي غرض.

Ma`akum Developmental Foundation is a non-profit foundation established on Jan 29, 2017. It works in Yemen in six sectors: Education, Health, WASH, Protection, Shelter, Food security and livelihoods. MAAKUM has extensive relations with official authorities, clusters , local and international organizations. All People and groups in society benefit from its projects.

To support these activities, MAAKUM invites all suppliers, vendors, entities, companies and service providers to participate in the in the registration process in the list of qualified suppliers to apply for purchases issued from it to provide items, services or businesses in the following areas:

• Sign the supplier code of conduct and attach it to the application file.
• The ID of the owner of the company.
• Profile of the company / office.
• A copy of the valid commercial register.
• A copy of a valid tax card.
• A copy of the valid Zakat card.
• A copy of the profession's valid passport
• A copy of the valid insurance card.
• Documents proving experience of not less than one year (purchase contracts).
• Other supporting documents.
