Call for Expression of Interest 2023

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Yemen invites interested non-governmental/non-profit organizations authorized to implement projects with the UN and humanitarian Agencies in Yemen to express interest to support UNHCR’s 2023 operations in Yemen through partnership arrangements. 

Interested organizations intending to respond to this Call for Expression of Interest are requested to submit a Concept Note for programs in Yemen (Norther and Southern Governorates), interrelated to protection and assistance to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), in both in IDP sites and out of camps areas. The Call for Expression of Interest is open to all existing partners and new prospective partners who wish to participate in UNHCR’s operations in 2023 in one or more locations as mentioned above, and participate in project implementation in Yemen, while contributing complementary resources (human resources, knowledge, funds, in kind, and/or equipment) for achieving common and agreed objectives. Based on the clearly defined Concept Notes received and established evaluation criteria, UNHCR will select the best-fit partners for the relevant sector(s) and area(s). Applicant organizations are encouraged to submit multi-sectoral Concept Notes with a geographical focus, partner capacity and expertise allowing. However, Concept Notes centered on one sector will also be considered for review.

دعوة لتقديم مقترحات (مسودات) مشاريع 2023

تدعو المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في اليمن المنظمات غير الحكومية / غير الربحية المهتمة المصرح لها بتنفيذ مشاريع مع الأمم المتحدة والوكالات الإنسانية في اليمن إلى التعبير عن اهتمامها بالشراكة مع المفوضية لعام 2023 في اليمن من خلال ترتيبات الشراكة.

 يرجى من المنظمات المهتمة التي تعتزم الاستجابة لهذه الدعوة للتعبيرعن الاهتمام بتقديم مذكرة مفاهيمية للبرامج في اليمن ، المتعلقة بحماية ومساعدة النازحين داخليا، سواء في مواقع النازحين أو خارج المخيمات. التقديم مفتوح لجميع الشركاء الحاليين والشركاء المحتملين الجدد الذين يرغبون في المشاركة في مشاريع المفوضية في عام 2023 في محافظة  واحدة أو أكثر، والمشاركة في تنفيذ المشاريع في اليمن، مع المساهمة بموارد تكميلية (الموارد البشرية والمعرفية والعينية و / أو المعدات) لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة والمتفق عليها.

 واستنادا إلى المذكرات المفاهيمية المحددة بوضوح الواردة ومعايير التقييم المقررة، ستختار المفوضية الشركاء الأنسب للقطاع  (القطاعات) والمنطقة (المناطق) ذات الصلة.
يتم تشجيع المنظمات المتقدمة على تقديم مذكرات مفاهيمية متعددة القطاعات مع التركيز الجغرافي وقدرة الشركاء والخبرة التي تسمح بذلك. ومع ذلك سيتم أيضا النظر في المذكرات المفاهيمية التي تركز على قطاع واحد للمراجعة. وينبغي تقديم جميع الطلبات والمرفقات باللغة الإنجليزية على موقع شركاء الأمم المتحدة باستخدام الروابط التالية:
