دعوة للمشاركة في المناقصة:

تعلن المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية م/ عدن عن رغبتها في انزال المناقصة العامة  PR#FMFADE /200029 /2021 الخاصة بتأجير مركبات لعدن و أبين – زنجبار.

طريقة تسليم العطاءات:

 يتم تسليم عروض الأسعار وجميع الوثائق بظرف مغلق بالشمع الأحمر الى مقر المؤسسة اوقات الدوام الرسمية من الأحد الى الخميس في الأوقات التالية (8:30 صباحا وحتى 3:30 مساء) على العنوان التالي:

الجمهورية اليمنية- محافظة عدن- خور مكسر- حي أكتوبر بجانب مكتب التربية والتعليم

Khormaksar- October Street- next to the Office of Education, Aden, Yemen.

ويشترط في المتقدم الآتي:

1-  تقديم عروض العطاء بالدولار.

2-  تقديم العطاء في مظروفين مالي وتقني مختوم بالشمع الأحمر.

3-  ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بمبلغ 1100 دولار صالح لمدة 120 يوم.

4-  أرفاق كل من :

- السجل التجاري ساري المفعول

- البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول

- البطاقة التأمينية سارية المفعول

-  شهادة تسجيل الأغراض الضريبية العامة على المبيعات.

اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات:   30/أكتوبر/ 2021 يوم الخميس الساعة  30 : 03 عصرا

ملاحظة هامة :

·        للمؤسسة الطبية الميدانية الحق في قبول او رفض اي عطاء مالم تكون الوثائق مكتملة.

·        اي عطاء ليس مفصول بمظروفين (مالي / فني) + خطاب ضمان بنكي سيتم رفضه .

·        اي عطاء يسلم بعد انتهاء الوقت المحدد كما هو موضح اعلاه قد لا يكون مقبولا.

·        يجب ان تحتوي كل العروض على السعر الاجمالي، مدة صلاحية العرض، شروط الدفع وشرط التوصيل للخدمة.

·        سيتم رفض العطاءات المقدمة بأي طريقة اخرى غير تلك المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.

Bidding method:

The quotations and all documents are delivered in a sealed envelope in red wax to the Foundation’s official working hours from Sunday to Thursday at the following times (8:30 am to 3:30 pm) at the following address:

The Republic of Yemen - Aden Governorate - Khormaksar - October District, next to the Education Office.

The following application is required:

1 • Bid Submission in USD

2 • Submitting the bid in two envelopes, financial and technical sealed with red wax.

4 • Unconditional Bank Guarantee in 1100 USD for 120 Days.

3 • Attached to:

• Valid registration card.
• Valid tax cards.
• Certificate of Registration for General Sales Taxes

The last date for submission of bids: 30 / Oct. / 2021, Thursday, 03:30 pm

Important note :

The field medical institution has the right to accept or reject any bid unless the documents are complete.

Any bid submitted after the expiry of the specified time as indicated above may not be accepted.

All offers must contain the total price, the validity period of the offer, payment terms and delivery condition for the service.

Bidding will be rejected in any way other than that mentioned in the tender documents.
