The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is UN Migration Agency established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. 

The IOM is herewith requesting your Company to submit Quotation in US Dollar for supplying of Sanitation rehabilitation in Aljoufinah_sector 1_new pits and covering uncovered pits.

Mandatory to be considered for the bidding

• Relevant past performance experience for similar projects with IOM/UN Agency/INGOs/NGOs (Latrines Rehabilitation Projects). (Mandatory)
• Detailed time work Plan and Schedule
• Company profile
• Site Visit Attendance. (Not Mandatory) : 14 August.

Submission of quotations: Bid submission on the vendor portal. The Bidder shall submit their financial and technical offers through the system using the link. https://ye-p-app02.azurewebsites.net/ of the IOM vendors Portal no later than the 20th of August 2022.

Technical Bids can be submitted to IOM office – Louvre Hotel, Marib before the 20th of August 2022 before 16:00 hrs. 

New bidders registered themselves through the link as per the guideline given in the same link. 

1-    Quotation Price: Prices shall be quoted in UD dollars (USD) are FINAL and All Inclusive from any charges (VAT, Transport, labor & any other cost) that might occur during delivery to the designated site. 

2-    Validity of submitted quotation: The quotation offer must be valid for 90 calendar days.

3-    Delivery Time: Indicate work delivery time. 

4-    The bidder is responsible to obtain all import approvals. 

a.    The proposed product should be New and comes with ORIGINAL WARRANTY from the respective manufacturer (Brand Owner) and the standard warranty period and as per manufacturer guideline.  

b.    The awarded Supplier will be responsible to assist and support any warranty claim made by IOM during the warranty period of the purchased product.  

c.    IOM will not take any responsibility for damage/ leakage. 

d.    IOM will arrange a specialized automobile engineer for the final inspection up delivery. 

5-    Payment: Payment will be released as per agreed terms and conditions within 30 Calendar days after 100% delivery/and upon final inspection of 3rd party specialized in the automobile field.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, cancel the procurement process, and reject all bids at any time before the award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.

NOTE: IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time before award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
