Title of Project(s): LIFE-SAVING INTEGRATED EMERGENCY HEALTH, NUTRITION, WASH AND FOOD SECURITY RESPONSE IN THE CONFLICT AFFECTED AREAS OF YEMEN

عنوان المشروع: انقاذ الحياة  المتكامل لحالات الطوارئ الصحية والتغذية و الاصحاح البيئي والأمن الغذائي في المناطق المتضررة من النزاع في اليمن.

Première Urgence Aide Medicale Internationale (PU-AMI) is a Non-Governmental, Non-Profit, Non-Political and Non-Religious international Aid Organization working in Yemen and delivering much needed support in Health and Nutrition Programming through the provision of food and Rehabilitation of health infrastructure. It is the intent of this Call for tender to enlist the services of a third party to Supply and Deliver Food Baskets to its locations in Hodeidah and Raymah as described below: 

منظمة الاغاثة الاوليه للمعونات الطبية الدولية: هي منظمة مساعدات دولية غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح وغير سياسية وغير دينية تعمل في اليمن وتقدم الدعم الذي تشتد الحاجة إليه في برامج الصحة والتغذية من خلال توفير الغذاء وإعادة التأهيل البنية التحتية الصحية. تهدف هذه المناقصة إلى استدراج خدمات طرف ثالث لتوريد وتسليم سلال غذائية إلى مواقعها في الحديدة وريمة كما هو موضح أدناه:

This tender will cover multiple donors for the supply of the above commodities to the stated locations for a period of One Year. Tender Documents may be obtained from PU-AMI Office in Hodeidah, Raymah, Sana’a from 02nd AUGUST 2021 to 15th August 2021 during Official working hours (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) Sunday to Thursday from the following address:

ستغطي هذه المناقصة جهات مانحة متعددة لتوريد السلع المذكورة أعلاه إلى المواقع المحددة لمدة عام واحد. يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من مكتب المنظمة في صنعاء, الحديدة وريمة من 2 أغسطس 2021 إلى 15 أغسطس 2021 خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية (8.00 صباحًا إلى 5.00 مساءً) من الأحد إلى الخميس من العنوان التالي:

Provisional calendar:

 The final award of the above-mentioned market and signature of contract with the selected tender will be conditioned by the contractual commitment of funds by the donor/s for the above-mentioned project/s.

Any potential costs linked to the bidder's participation in this tender, such as shipping costs, the constitution of samples, etc. will not be refunded under no circumstances.
