Oxfam GB- Aden, announces Tender Reference: ITT-YEADN-22-0004 to perform Aden Wastewater Network Rehabilitation PK-0-Khormaksar

The project comprises the below main itemised works including provision of all necessary materials, machinery, manpower and construction works for:

a.    Force Main pipelines
b.    Rehabilitation of Khormaksar pumping station including pumps room and all civil & other services buildings,
c.    Mechanical, and electrical works including replacement of old pumps.

The principle elements of the Works to be constructed and commissioned include but are not limited to the following:

1.    Supply and laying new Force Main pipelines of HDPE pipes (about 275m of 710mm OD and about 255m of 630mm OD) and ductile iron pipes of about 575m of 1000mm including all related fittings, valves, and connections. In addition, the construction of chambers for air valves, gate valves, may be required. Due to site situation, parts of the existing pipelines may be removed and replaced by the new pipeline at the same route.
2.    Rehabilitation of the pumping station: This includes the civil, mechanical, and electrical works; as well as the pumps room building and the surrounding service buildings and yards.
3.    Mechanical and electrical works: Replacement of the old pumps by new pumps, including the piping system and fittings and other related electrical works; replacing the existing overhead crane by new one.

• The deadline for obtaining of Tender Documents is 05/09/2022
• Tenders shall be submitted in a red-waxed sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, Project Name, Tender Number, and the Name of the Tenderer, together with the following documents:

1.    A bank guarantee as per the enclosed format in the Tender Documents for a lump-sum amount of (3% of tender value), or certified cheque, valid for period of (150) days from the date of the opening of envelopes.
2.    A copy of valid registration and classification certificates.
3.    A copy of valid sales tax certificate + tax card.
4.    A copy of insurance card + Zakat Card.
5.    A Copy of practicing license.

• The deadline for receipt of tenders is at 16.00hrs on 15/09/2022 Tenders received after this deadline shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the sender.
• The opening of tender envelops shall be at 11 hours on 18th September 2022 at Oxfam Office in the presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives.
• Interested tenderers can obtain information about Tender Documents by email or from Oxfam office during office hours within 30 days from the date of publication of tender.

دعوة لتقديم مناقصة

هذه دعوة لمقدمي العطاءات الوطنيين. لا نشجع الشركات الأجنبية على تقديم العطاءات لهذه المناقصة.

تعلن منظمة أوكسفام جي بي - عدن عن طرح المناقصة بالمرجع: ITT-YEADN-22-0004 لإجراء إعادة تأهيل لشبكة الصرف الصحي في عدن – خور مكسر.

يتكون المشروع من األعمال التفصيلية الرئيسية التالية بما في ذلك توفير جميع المواد والالات والقوى العاملة وأعمال البناء اللازمة لـ:

(أ) خطوط الانابيب الرئيسية

(ب) إعادة تأهيل محطة ضخ خورمكسر ويشمل ذلك غرفة المضخات وجميع مباني الخدمات المدنية وغيرها.

(ج)  الاعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية بما في ذلك استبدال المضخات القديمة.

تشمل العناصر الاساسية للاعمال التي سيتم إنشاؤها والتكليف بها ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، ما يلي:

.1      توريد وتركيب خطوط أنابيب رئيسية جديدة من أنابيب البولي إيثيلين عالي الكثافة (حوالي 275م من 710مم أو دي ، وحوالي 255م من 630مم أو دي) وأنابيب حديد مطاوع بحوالي 575م من 1000مم بما في ذلك جميع التركيبات والصمامات والوصلات ذات الصلة. بالاضافة إلى ذلك ، قد يتطلب الامر بناء غرف لصمامات الهواء وصمامات البوابة. ونظراً لحالة الموقع ، قد تتم إزالة أجزاء من خطوط الانابيب الحالية واستبدالها بخط الانابيب الجديد في نفس المسار.

.2      إعادة تأهيل محطة الضخ: وتشمل الاعمال المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية. وكذلك مبنى غرفة المضخات ومباني وساحات الخدمة المحيطة.

.3     الاعمال  الميكانيكية  والكهربائية:  استبدال  المضخات  القديمة بمضخات  جديدة  ، بما  في ذلك نظام  الانابيب  والتجهيزات  والاعمال االكهربائية الاخرى ذات الصلة. استبدال الرافعة العلوية الحالية بأخرى جديدة.

يجب على المتقدمين المهتمين المسجلين بالدرجتين األولى والثانية تقديم طلب خطي خالل ساعات العمل للحصول على وثائق المناقصة إلى العنوان التالي:

• آخر موعد لاستلام وثائق المناقصة هو 2022/09/05
• يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الاحمر إلى العنوان الموضح أعلاه ، مع كتابة اسم الجهة ، واسم المشروع ، ورقم المناقصة ، واسم مقدم العطاء ، إلى جانب الوثائق التالية:

.1      ضمان بنكي حسب الصيغة المرفقة بوثائق المناقصة بمبلغ مقطوع قدره %3( من قيمة العطاء) أو شيك قابل للدفع صالح لمدة 150 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
.2      صورة من شهادات التسجيل والتصنيف سارية المفعول.
.3      نسخة من شهادة ضريبة المبيعات سارية المفعول + البطاقة الضريبية.
.4      نسخة من بطاقة التأمين + البطاقة الزكوية.
.5      نسخة من رخصة مزاولة المهنة.

• الموعد النهائي لاستلام العطاءات هو الساعة 16.00 يوم 2022/09/15 لن يتم قبول العطاءات المستلمة بعد هذا الموعد النهائي ويجب إعادتها إلى المرسل دون فتحها.
• سيتم فتح مظاريف المناقصة في الساعة 11 يوم 18 سبتمبر 2022 في مكتب أوكسفام بحضور مقدمي العطاءات أو ممثليهم المفوضين.
• يمكن لمقدمي العطاءات المهتمين الحصول على معلومات حول وثائق العطاء عن طريق البريد الالكتروني أو من مكتب أوكسفام خالل ساعات العمل في غضون 30 يوماً من تاريخ نشر المناقصة.
• يمكن لمقدمي العطاءات المهتمين الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من مكتب أوكسفام خلال ساعات العمل أو إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى Aden.Tenders@oxfam.org.uk لطلب رابط للحصول على نسخة إلكترونية من وثائق المناقصة.
