Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) is looking for qualified Contractors/ Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

 مؤسسة تمدين شباب  تبحث عن مقاولين/ موردين موهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

Tamdeen Youth Foundation 

is a non-profit foundation established on May 25, 2013, with the license of No. 312 from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Yemen. The Foundation provides community development, civic education and capacity-building programs. It implements positive emergency interventions and has strategic partnerships with many international, regional and local organizations

The tender will be conducted using TYF standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers The Bidding Documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

Tenders and samples must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, Sana’a, Faj Attan – Next to UN Compound  , Procurement Department,

Before Sunday November 27, 2022 10:00 AM, Yemen Timing.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.

Tender opening session will take a place on November 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM in TYF Office (same above address),bid owner or his representative will not be allowed to attend the session of bid opening unless having an official memo by the name authorized for attendance . 

All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes clearly marked:

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.
with;

1.    Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 90 days from the date of opening the bid.
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3.    A copy of valid tax card.
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card 
5.    A Copy of valid practicing license
6.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

-TYF Award Committee reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all submitted quotation(s) at its discretion and is under no obligation to issue an award

سيتم إجراء العطاء باستخدام وثائق العطاءات القياسية TYF، وهي مفتوحة لجميع الموردين المؤهلين. تتوفر وثائق العطاء في الرابط الموضح في الجدول أعلاه.

يجب تسليم العطاءات والعينات الى مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب الكائن في صنعاء  - فج عطان - بجوار سكن الأمم المتحدة – قسم المشتريات في موعد أقصاة يوم الاحد الموافق 27 نوفمبر   2022 قبل الساعة 10:00 صباحاً بتوقيت اليمن
سيتم النظر فقط في العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات يوم الاحد الموافق 27 نوفمبر 2022 الساعة 11:00 صباحا في مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب في نفس العنوان أعلاه , ولن يسمح لصاحب العطاء او مندوبة حضور جلسة فتح المظاريف الا بموجب مذكرة رسمية باسم الشخص المخول له بالحضور . 

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.

بالإضافة إلى:-

1.    ضمانة بنكية أبتدائية غير قابلة للألغاء وغير مشروطة أو شيك مقبول الدفع ساري المفعول بنسبة 2.5% من اجمالي قيمة العطاء $ لمدة 90 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول 
5.    نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنه ساريه المفعول.
6.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة

 اي او كل عروض الاسعار والمقترحات وفقاً لتقديراتها وليست ملزمة بإرساء العطاء على اي متعهد
