BACKGROUND

Family Health International (FHI 360) is a nonprofit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions in more than 70 countries worldwide, including Yemen. 

The FHI 360 Yemen Country Office was established in 2018 with the aim of meaningfully contributing to the humanitarian assistance effort in Yemen. In 2022/2023, FHI 360 intends to provide technical and humanitarian support to the government and people of Yemen to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH), Health and Nutrition services by building Yemeni capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive humanitarian services in Yemen.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this Tender is to secure competitive proposals for Security Guards Service to ensuring the premises are secure for FHI360 operations to achieve the above objective at Aden and Mokha districts.

All bids to be submitted to FHI 360 tender box located at FHI360 office Property No. 561/562, Al-Madina Al-Bayda , Khormaksar, Aden no later than 4:00 pm 3 July 2022.

All questions will be received at Yemenprocurement@fhi360.org not later than 23 June and a response to vendors by 26 June 2022.

منظمة صحة الأسرة الدولية (FHI 360) هي منظمة غير ربحية للتنمية البشرية وهي مكرسة لتحسين الحياة بطرق دائمة من خلال تقديم حلول متكاملة محلية المنشأ وذلك في أكثر من 70 دولة حول العالم بما فيها اليمن.

تم تأسيس مكتب اليمن القُطري لمنظمة FHI 360 عام 2018 بهدف المساهمة بشكل فاعل في جهود المساعدة الإنسانية في اليمن. في عام 2023\2022، تعتزم منظمة FHI 360 تقديم الدعم الفني والإنساني إلى حكومة وشعب اليمن لتعزيز التكامل المستدام بين خدمات المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية (WASH) وكذا الصحة والتغذية عن طريق بناء قدرة اليمن على تقديم خدمات إنسانية مستدامة، وعالية الجودة، وشاملة في اليمن.

الغرض

الغرض من هذه المناقصة هو الحصول على عروض تنافسية تقديم خدمات الحراسة الأمنية لضمان أن تكون المباني آمنة لعمليات fhi360 لتحقيق الهدف المذكور أعلاه في منطقتي عدن و المخاء في محافظة تعز.

يمكن للشركات المهتمة والمؤهلة بشكل مناسب الحصول على معلومات المناقصة الكاملة من الرابط الأسفل.

تقديم جميع العروض إلى صندوق المناقصات في مكتب FHI 360 الكائن في شارع المدينة البيضاء فيلا رقم 561/562 ، خورمكسر ، عدن-اليمن في موعد أقصاه 3:00 عصرا 3 يوليو 2022.

سيتم استلام جميع الأسئلة على Yemenprocurement@fhi360.org  في موعد أقصاه لا يتجاوز 23 يونيو والرد على المقدمي الخدمة بحلول 26 يونيو 2022.
