Description: MedGlobal is an international medical non-profit organization providing health services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. The organization is composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds. MedGlobal offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

Bidders must have legal registration to work in the country of operation (proven registration and Tax ID).

Tender Documents that will be shared with Tenderers contain the Invitation to Tender, Instructions to Bidders, Location Details, and General and Special Conditions of Contract. Bidders are invited to send their requests to obtain the Tender Documents by email to procurement@medglobal.org no later than 11:59 PM on October 21, 2022, indicating ‘Tender 40-YE-09-11-2022’ in their email subject lines. MG will share the full tender documents by email within 48 hours of receiving the email request.

A Pre-Tender Online Meeting will be held on October 11, 2022, at 4:00 PM Yemen Time. All prospective bidders are invited to attend this meeting. Requests to attend this meeting must be sent to procurement@medglobal.org

The offers, both technical and financial, complete in all respects must be sent online to MedGlobal Head Office to bids@medglobal.org maximum by 11:59 PM on October 21, 2022, Yemen Time.

Please note that a Framework Agreement will be implemented between MedGlobal Yemen and the awarded bidder(s).
