Consultants as Third-Party Monitoring

The consultants should have experience or skills in training, writing proposals, data analysis, and reporting in the humanitarian sectors (health education, nutrition, WASH, protection, and shelter).

Our assessments, evaluations, and TPM services have helped numerous clients to improve their program management and achieve sustainable results. Through the course of over than 98 contracts, 
i-APS has developed systems and tools that enable us to rapidly put teams into the field to begin new assignments, effectively manage staff and resources through robust decision-making; and deliver high-quality outputs - on schedule - to the satisfaction of our clients and their stakeholders. 

i-APS in Yemen:
i-APS is legally registered in the Republic of Yemen, and with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Sana’a and Aden with fully functional offices and a banking system in place. 

From June 2020 – to March 2022, i-APS has implemented over 25 projects in Yemen. i-APS has access to all 22 Yemen governorates using a disciplined project management approach for planning, staffing, executing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on each task with integrated logistics.

Program Background:

i-APS conducts third-party monitoring in all the governorates; and looking for high skilled consultants to supervise data collection (interviews, focus group discussions, verification of delivered items, evaluation, data analysis and cleaning, draft initial and final reports).

Qualifications and Experiences:

• A minimum of a master's degree, preferably a doctorate in the field of humanitarian sciences, business, applied sciences or any other related field.
• Skillfully use the computer and Microsoft programs.
• Ability to use data analysis software and design forms
• Data analysis and cleaning in Excel Power BI (PBI); Or SPSS, or other programs
• Have Excellent communication skills, including the ability to obtain data in a clear and concise manner with illustrations.
• The ability to formulate and prepare questions and questionnaires for any activity requested to be implemented or in the person's field of work.
• Organizational skills, and the ability to write monthly - quarterly - annual reports and complete work on time.
• Experience in fieldwork, desk research, and other tasks related to work environment.
• Have the experience of conducting needs and market assessments, feasibility studies, final evaluation and drafting findings reports.
• Fluent in English & Arabic and have excellent writing skills in both.
• The ability to prepare training material in data analysis.
• At least 10 years of experience working with local or international organizations and institutions.

Functional tasks:

• Continuous follow-up of the team while providing consultations on all projects and activities of the company.
• Draft and review assessment tools (questionnaires, FGDs, interviews, etc.)
• Review or prepare introductory reports together with project team.
• Train the team on monitoring tools before starting field work.
• Draft required reporting work (inception and final reports, presentation, etc.)
• Review the weekly, monthly, and annual reports of the projects.
• Any other tasks assigned by the country manager.

Language Skills: 

• Excellent oral and written Arabic &English skills. 

Required education level:

Master's degree in Social Sciences, or ( Business, Applied Science, Rural Development, statistics) (Ph.D. candidates is preferred) or any other related fields.

الشركة الدولية مسجلة قانونيا في الجمهورية اليمنية لدى وزارة الصناعة والتجارة في صنعاء وعدن مع مكاتب تعمل بكامل طاقتها ونظام مصرفي قائم.

من يونيو 2020 إلى مارس 2022، نفذت i-APS أكثر من 25 مشروعًا في اليمن. لدى i-APS إمكانية الوصول إلى جميع المحافظات اليمنية البالغ عددها 22 باستخدام نهج منظم لإدارة المشاريع، التخطيط والتوظيف والتنفيذ والمراقبة والتقييم وتقديم التقارير عن كل مهمة مع الخدمات اللوجستية المتكاملة.

خلفية البرنامج:
تقوم الشركة الدولية (i-APS) كطرف ثالث بتقييم المشاريع المنفذة في جميع المحافظات؛ والبحث عن   استشاريين في مجال المتابعة والتقييم لتنفيذ أنشطة التدريب والتأهيل لكادر المشروع، إدارة الفريق الميداني، جمع وتحليل البيانات، كتابة مقترحات، اعداد التقارير الأولية والنهائية للمشروع.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• مؤهل ماجستير كحد أدنى ويفضل الدكتوراه في مجال التخصص او غيرة.
• استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج مايكروسوفت بمهارة.
• القدرة على استخدام برامج تحليل البيانات وتصميم الاستمارات.
• تحليل البيانات وتنظيفها بالأكسل ، PBI؛ او برنامج SPSS ، وغيرها من البرامج.
• إمتلاك مهارات التواصل والاتصال، بما في ذلك القدرة على الحصول على البيانات بطريقة واضحة وموجزة مع رسومات توضيحية.
• القدرة الممتازة على صياغة وإعداد أسئلة واستبيانات لأي نشاط يطلب تنفيذه في الميدان.
• المهارات التنظيمية، والقدرة على كتابة التقارير الشهرية، الربعية، السنوية وانجاز العمل بالوقت المحدد.
• خبرة بالعمل الميداني والبحث المكتبي وغيره.
• مهارة إعداد تقارير تقييم الاحتياج وتقييمات السوق وغيرها من التقارير.
• مهارة تحدث اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة وإمتلاك المهارات الكتابية.
• القدرة على إعداد مادة تدريبية في تحليل البيانات.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في العمل مع المنظمات او المؤسسات المحلية أو الدولية.

المهام الوظيفية:

• متابعة الفريق بشكل مستمر مع تقديم الاستشارات لكافة مشاريع وانشطة الشركة.
• صياغة ومراجعة الاستبيانات لاي مشروع وبأي نزول ميداني.
• مراجعة او إعداد التقارير الابتدائية إلى جانب الخبراء الأجانب.
• تدريب الفريق على إعداد استبيانات مناسبة لكل نشاط.
• إعداد التقارير السنوية.
• مراجعة التقارير الأسبوعية، الشهرية، السنوية للمشاريع.
• أي مهام اخرى توكل إليه من المدير المباشر.

اللغة:
يجب ان يكون متقنا ومجيدا لكلا اللغتين العربية والانجليزية كتابة ونطقا.

المؤهل التعليمي المطلوب:

• درجة الماجستير في العلوم الاجتماعية، أو (التنمية الريفية، الزراعةـ التغذية ـ المياهـ، الهندسة، الصحة، وتخطيط التنمية، والإحصاءات، وإدارة البيانات، أي مجال ذات صلة)، (حاملي درجة الدكتوراه لهم الأولوية ).
